I have my sn and my day to ctb is today.
I'm wondering the best cocktail pre dose. I have olanzapine, lorazepam and propranolol but not sure of the best antacid. Anything otc I can buy in the states to help?

My plan is to drive to a hiking spot on a mountain near me around 8pm after it's dark and to 'nap' there in the car until morning when someone finds me. How long does sn take to kill you? I would very much like to succeed.

Famotidine is available OTC in the US but there is no evidence to support the use of an antacid with SN, and neither is there for propanolol. Both have been removed from the latest update of the online edition of the PPeH and replaced by a large dose of benzodiazepine (500 mg diazepam, which should equate to around 50 mg lorazepam).

The amount of water is more important than you think. Why go so high in SN ? This will reuire more water, thus higher chances of vomiting. If you can keep water at 50 ml it is great ( after fasting and antiemetics ofc)

This seems to be the case. Although this only applies to the lethal 5-drug mixture devised by the American Clinicians' Academy for Medical Aid in Dying, they found that a 60 mL (2 fl. oz) drink likely reduces the time to death by around half compared to a 120 mL (4 fl. oz) drink and a 60 mL drug mixture suspension followed by a 60 mL liquid chaser.

It would seem wiser to reduce the volume of the SN solution as much as possible to speed up absorption in the gut; thankfully, SN is highly soluble in water. According to PubChem, the solubility of SN is around 80 g per 100 mL water at a temperature of 20C (68F), so it would only take 32 mL water to dissolve 25 g of SN.

Is IC in Canada still considered an ok supplier of SN, and when they ship it to you, what do they put on the external packaging - I don't want the shipment to attract any interest when it arrives in the uk (they ship via DHL I think)?

Yep, I realise it's got a bit further to go, but worth the wait all the same...

@forever_in_fear98 None of those medications are antiemetic, however the only one that is sometimes prescribed as an antiemetic is omeprazole, but it's normally because a patient has another underlying upper gastrointestinal issue.

If you don't have access to a dedicated antiemetic such as ondansetron, dexamethasone, or Metoclopramide, you may want to forgo this step and prepare an extra dose or two to account for what you'll loose due to vomiting.

Many people, myself included have been able to get an antiemetic prescribed to them by either their physician l, or seeking out a telemedicine provider. Since most antiemetics are not drugs of abuse, providers are normally okay with writing the prescription.

Does Omeprazole have at least some useful effect? How much would be a reasonable amount to take to get some benefit. I can't access the stronger drugs...

Im curious, is there a downside to taking double the recommended dosage of SN? Is it going to cause more pain? Instead of just taking the 25 grams would it not make sense to take 50 to guarantee success.

I'm curious about that too. I was thinking along the lines of like "better safe than sorry", right? From what I've read it seems it has to do with it likely triggering a stronger vomiting reaction. Imagine drinking super bitter viscous liquid. More SN would mean more concentration and thickness of solution or more water. So you want to just have the right lethal dose to kill with minimal reaction.

Of course, I'm not an expert or anything.

Hey not sure if this the right place to ask about this. I ordered SN in early September but it still hasn't arrived… it was supposed to arrive October 27 but it keeps showing it's delayed. Is this normal? I'm afraid to ask the mail carriers about the package delay.

Hi guys, so I have been a member of SS for several years already, and always known SN will be my method, but was previously just keeping an eye on its availability and planning to get it when I needed it (I have an incurable progressive muscle disease, so my quality of life is declining steadily and will continue to do so). However, taking into account both where my condition is at now and what seems to be ever-decreasing accessibility of SN, I feel that now is the right time to acquire it, and I shouldn't wait any longer.

I've tried to look through all the threads and megathreads to get answers to my source question, but I end up being behind by the time I catch up on any thread, and the source is no longer selling and the information is no longer relevant. I currently do know of one source that seems to be legitimate, but they require something that makes me quite nervous without knowing any other information about them. If anyone reading my post is up-to-date and knowledgeable on this issue, I would be very thankful if you send me a PM to chat with me. Thank you.

They offer the right dosage — 10mg — but it's prescription-only. Before I saw that, I tried to order it and they said they'd need to check with my veterinarian. Oop

40 minutes is the fastest according to latest PPeH. The longest I've read is 12 hours, no one survive after 12 hours not being found (look up the thread in SS), so I assume a couple hours is normal for healthy body and right regimen.

If your mouth is numb does it mean if you were to talk, you'll be sounding funny and/or drooling as well?



I'm having difficulties trying to find the ideal dosage for benzodiazepines. I have a feeling that 500mg diazepam or 250mg lorazepam maybe too much and it might knock me out before the drink. I'm thinking about one of these … diazepam (having difficulties acquiring them), lorazepam (have a few 1mg), Xanax (can get 0.25mg pills, but not too many if possible as it's expensive). How do I figure out what's an ideal dosage for me and how long it'll take for it to put me to sleep.
Is it okay to do a trial with benzo only to try and figure out how many mg and how long it takes to sleep? What would be the ideal dosage for the trial for diazepam, lorazepam, Xanax (I'll probably use a single one, whichever is possible at the time)

Mix it, it should dissolve fully unless you are putting in too much

I'm In the UK and acquiring meto seems difficult however it seems you can buy Prochlorperazine over the counter at pharmacies, which is listed in stans guide.

Possibly a stupid question but what's the main difference between the two.?

Thanks! What about smoking weed instead of benzos or maybe little bit of benzo and smoking weed. Weed can help with its calming properties and anti emetic (this idk though, I've seen a few people vomit after weed, with both smoke or edibles

Weed is weird, though. It can calm you down, but it can also make you paranoid. (I've had both things happen to me, so I have to be careful with it.)

I have no knowledge on this topic, but I'm probably going to vape HHC prior to taking SN because it really puts me in a calm and chill mood and I know I'm going to be nervous/anxious/scared.

I'm wondering this too. I ordered from CCS a few days ago and just received notification that it shipped today. But I'm nervous that it's not strong enough to do the job. How can I test it?
