It's bell mental health day here in Canada and I've never been lower than I am right now. I'm 47 years old and this might be the first time in my life that I've actually accomplished something. I plan on spending the next few months getting all my stuff in order and writing notes to leave behind. I know I'll hate myself for hurting my family but I'm tired of living.

It's understandable wishing to leave this cruel world when you feel so tired of everything. I believe that those who have the option of SN by their side right now are fortunate as they can just exit when the time is right, I can imagine that it must be some kind of relief having that option.
