I've had success with both top and bottom, but I normally favor top

Obviously I haven't succeeded however if it's painful. It's probably wrong. I leaned forward during partial suspension. I blacked out; Don't remember much about. Yet I woke up screaming with a cable tight around my neck. If I didn't go through the struggle of standing up I'd be dead.

Are rafters like this ideal for full suspension hanging? They're about 3-4 feet higher off the ground than I am.

I'm kind of new to considering this method, I've been pretty set on getting a firearm, but that's proving difficult since I don't have a car, and can't have one mailed bc of parents.

btw it's going to be partial, i wanted a full hanging but i couldn't find a place where i wont be disturbed for 30 min.

You do need to make sure you're not disturbed for about half an hour with partial suspension hanging as well. That's the time given for most non-violent methods, because that's the approximate window in which someone can be saved or revived after the brain stops getting oxygen.

Test first, but yes. Those look sufficient to support a body. I'd personally try to find a sturdy tree or the like so my parents wouldn't be the ones to find my body, but from a technical standpoint, I wouldn't expect any issues with one of those beams as a anchor point.

I can't press my carotids by testing, seems i really have to do it for real.
If i go partial and put my whole weight into the nose, making it thighten and still not pass out fast, its still doable to die like this?

hi guyz, i know the question's been asked many times, but is there any tip on how to press the carotid? or i just have to keep practicing? cos all i got is the exploding head feeling.

btw it's going to be partial, i wanted a full hanging but i couldn't find a place where i wont be disturbed for 30 min.

here is my setup which i think is ok.

PS: i'm hesitating between partial and h2s.
That rope looks very thick to me and the noose looks like it wont tighten. Try maybe a thinner rope and lube it up as in make it slippy shower gel stuff like that. That way the noose will tighten quicker

Could I use a thick cord? I have a lot of those lying around and don't have any money. I also have belts and towels and stuff like that, but I do not have any rope.

I will be trying again soon this time at a hotel. PS from the bathroom door, CO charcoal as a backup. No way of failing this time.

Have you successfully been able to pass out with partial suspension?

Doing right implies to pressure the carotid. If you feel light headed could mean that you are pressure your artery, but if you want REALLY sure to pass away perhaps it needs more pressure in the neck (incline more to front, per example). I tried partial but I can't achieve unconsciousness.

If i cannot pass out with either partial or full, how painful should it be to ctb this way?
I do not want to be here for long, my life is reaching a point where its a pain to even be awake.
I have alprozolam 0.5ml 60 tablets. If i take half the package (15mg) with alchool and hang the nose on my neck, would it make me ctb more peacefully?

Yes you would fall asleep and then hang to death without knowing much of it

If I were to go, I'd probably do partial hanging. It seems effective and pretty painless, if done right. The metal bar in my wardrobe is pretty strong, the only issue is that there's something below it. Could I tie my tie to it, then stand further in front? I'm not sure how this will work. Some people on here are saying placing the rope above the Adam's apple, others are saying below. Which is correct?

Problem is, i cannot faint when testing partial, my carotids seem to be very deep and i only press the veins which gives me the pressure.
My real question is, if i hang without passing out, will it take long to pass out due to no breathing?

It would be better to do full suspension then, for more weight on your arteries

I have a alprazolam i could use for this. Any idea of the effect it can bring upon the act? If i use about 15mg (i never took anything like that on my life) with alcool, would it make the hanging less painful?

It depends on the person and their location of arteries.

It's pretty easy to find my pulse. I can hold down not really that hard on my neck and start getting a weird sensation in my head.

Sounds like the spot.
I get that sensation from doing it both above and below my Adam's apple, though. So idk which would be best. Which do people usually find more comfortable?

Depends... I have a large dms pple so for me it is below; with that said, it is way more awkwrd and harder to keep pressure from bottom, due to gravity.

Hmm. I guess I'll have to test it out properly to know then.

hmm, as someone who has failed partil hanging about 30 times now, I seem to be okay. I do believe it kills alot of brain cells when cutting off blood flow. I think the only way you can get brain damage is from being hung for a long time, and at that point you would be passed out; however if someone found you before dead, depending on how long, you may be brain dead or if your ligiature breaks or comes undone or unstable hanging location.

2 days ago i failed at partial/full. After trying for about 1h30m or so.
In this time i tried to black out. Had always to hold my breath, feel the rope press hard on my windpipe and when i started having this unvoluntary muscle spams, my hearing and sight changed, but nothing like blackening or something. I had to abort everytime due to the suffocation feeling (lasted about 20 secs each time).
I got about 5 seconds fully suspended after slipping and next thing i know, i felt a snap on my neck (didnt hurt), imense head pressure and i had to grab something to save myself. Was terrifying...

Now i have a semi-ocluded blood patch on my eye. Today it seems a bit bigger. Doesnt hurt/impair but its damn unstettling.
Also a very sore throat and neck muscles. Hurts to touch.
Also my head hurts like an hangover. Hurts when i close my eyes strongly.
I used oil on the rope and neck so i dont have any mark now (had on the same day)

I do not see myself doing this again, but might do it, even if only to see where the tingly/spasm effect takes me.
Was supposed to be a full hang but honestly i was afraid. The suffocation part really set me off. Might try a partial (all effects happened when i presed down the rope, on top of the bench).

Jeez, I'm looking for a "one and done" with full suspension but is suffocation unavoidable? Anyone here try full suspension without experiencing suffocation?
