I've had the tourniquet on for about 30 mins now. I do feel a bit weak but otherwise, a sore throat and an exploding head feeling. Will update if it doesn't work. If I don't reply, it means the method has worked.

Yea I gave up soon after. I felt a bit weak in my hands and sweated a bit but that was it. Head felt like exploding and my throat was sore at that moment. I'm not sure what went wrong but hoping to get some help from @LifeIsASadist and see what should be corrected.

Sounds like you were having the same problem as me. Compressing the jugulars only and putting pressure on the throat. Be careful as there are some fragile bones in the throat that can break

Also are they the winter socks or normal ones?
