I agree Jake. How would you recommend that people do their own research about SN to arrive at the proper dose each person should take?

I vaguely recall someone posting a formula either on this thread or another SN thread explaining that you're supposed to take X grams of SN per Y lbs of bodyweight although I could very well be wrong about that.

What I do know is that people who had a pure substance, followed 48h antiemetic regimen, took 20 to 25g and did not vomit or had a 2nd dose ready, have not come back to tell us how they failed.

I'm planning on the 48hr regime and 20g of SN. Might consider slightly more?

I did. I'm currently away from my PC so I don't have access to the source I used, but I remember that if you do a bit of googling, you'll be able to find a scientific source for the minimum amount of SN you'll need.

Anything between 15-25g has a high likelihood to do the deed. Have a 2nd dose prepared in case you vomit and emergency dialed up on your phone if you change your mind.

Taking meto for any more than 3-4 days greatly increases the chances of serious side effects which may hinder your attempt. With domperidone you can take it for a week or so with no problems, but if you go much longer you may develop heart arrythmia which is not a fun feeling.

Sounds right - my package information leaflet states maximum recommended treatment duration is 5 days.

What's the view on using benzos to induce unconsciousness while taking sodium nitrite? I'm just worried about headaches and discomfort.

i think its unlikely to get the timing right, especially considering you have to prepare the solution right before drinking it ideally.

personally im thinking of doing 1mg of clonazepam an hour before SN ingestion and follow it up with maybe an extra 1.5mg 30 minutes after. it doesnt help SN acts so "fast" too.

That reminds me I need to test the SN I forgot in a water bottle a couple months ago. I'll do that this weekend to answer this concern.

Most people who have been successful with SN have kept a regimen. I think SN is a lot harder to keep down than N.

Primperan (meto) is better but you'll have to do a trial run to make sure you don't get side effects. For domperidone to be completely equal to meto you will need to add ondansetron (Zofran) to it.

soes anyone know what the dosages/regimen would be with prochlorperazine instead of metoclopramide? i might be able to get some prochlorperazine at a push but i dont know how the dosages would be affected. any help would be appreciated :)

I know questions about "food grade" have come up countless times, and maybe it's not as effective as normal SN. But is it effective enough? Does anyone know of anyone who's been successful with food grade quality? Should I take around 30g instead of 20?

I didn't realize this was a concern. I thought if the purity is 99%, you're good. I'm planning on taking 25-30 because the recommended dose keeps going up.

I strongly suspect the recommended dosage is going up because people aren't following the rigimen properly, or have a low purity/food grade, or are vomiting anyway and not taking more. Increasing the base dose just increases the chance of vomiting. I'm planning on taking a 15, and then if I vomit, another 15. If I don't vomit, then 5

You weigh the SN in g. ML is a measuring quantity of liquid, not weight

Yes. A kilogram is defined as the weight of a litre of water, so 100 gm will equal 100 ml.

The more you know, the better ofcourse. But if you know the regimen, it should be ok?

I'm a bit unsure of this method because it says lethality is only 6/10.

You always could. Some people probably also have ipecac handy so they can throw up at will since it's mentioned in pph.
