Venting Life is a shithole that only gets deeper

I feel like my life has been a hopless and constant spiral downwards, my depression slowly spiraling out of control, along with my God damn memory, I don't even know if it's trauma or depression and at this point I'm too scared to ask, I've felt my memories worsen to the point that I've forgotten my childhood in its entirety and I dont even know if there's anything I can do anymore.

That sounds really awful what you have to endure and it's just so incredibly horrible how this life can torture people. It's true that this world is hell as there is simply no limit as to much we can suffer as long as we stay here, I certainly despise life itself.
