I don't really wanna do it, but I have intrusive thoughts specially in the night, I'm naturally a lonely guy (an only child) No real friends, and I just ended a relationship that meant the world to me, she saved me from addiction and I became the best version of myself, just to give me the final strike, and I'm lower than I was, it really sucks, I feel like I can't take by myself anymore, I really need someone to vent to, but no one in my would tolerate those ideas, so this site is my final sanctuary, to find someone who can listen to me, (if I was lucky enough to find someone)

You have to have enough forum posts to unlock private conversations, about 20. And about 100 to unlock public chat.

Breakups are rough, I'm sorry you lost what gave you your purpose in life. Maybe you'll never understand why it ended. I never understood why things ended for me. But I found that there was always someone else that I met, even if a year or two later. If you met one person who made you the best version of yourself once, you can meet another in time. Especially now that you're clean and sober (I hope you still are)
