There's no shame, that's already a great deal to have the courage to try. I didn't have it already. I hope I'll could test it soon. What else would you try?

I tried hanging with a hdmi cable only partial suspension on my pull up bar and did exactly what that lady did in the video, leaned forward. I blacked out instantly however I woke up to pain and a struggle. I was screaming ( lucky I was home alone ) my survival instinct failed my suicide. The next day I tried again. I woke up swinging around trying to stand up. I was struggling for about 30 seconds. Like the first time I can't fully remember but I know I couldn't see Anything. So I faild x2 and it sucks. Woke up screaming BOTH TIMES.... any advise? aha
Wait, did you try full suspension the second time and it failed?

I tried partial suspension, I leaned forward and blacked out, however I woke up in panic because the rope must have loosened therefore resulting in the blood which was one stopped, flowing again. So yes you could especially survival instinct could kick in xx
Do you mind to tell if you pissed yourself when you blacked out?

I tried partial suspension last week as a test run. Used a scarf wrapped around a doorknob and then did a simple knot (I know I should have used a slip knot but I wanted to check the "logistics"). I also tried a slip knot with a scarf, but it just wouldn't tighten enough as the material was kind of thick and kept getting caught before it could tighten enough.

After 1/2 minutes, all I felt was difficulty breathing. But nothing was happening in terms of feeling faint. I then tightened the knot, and after about 5 seconds, felt dizziness and and flashing lights. I stopped after about 8 seconds because I didn't have a note written, and I had things to sort out that week. Whilst I couldn't breath, I felt no sense of panic even though I could feel the blood draining. It felt almost peaceful.

I'm still set on partial suspension hanging being my method to CTB, as I want to end myself as peacefully as possible. No blood or trauma to anyone else.
But I have a few questions about how to go about this.

I know I need to use the slipknot to achieve this, but how do people do this with a scarf? I know Kate Spade did this but I'm so stuck. Scarfs are so thick it just doesn't seem logical. Would twisting the scarf round and round to make it thinner get rid of this? Or should I just use a different ligature? I'm thinking about buying rope, but I don't want it to hurt my neck. If I'm going to die, I want to make my last moments as least painful as possible.

So I've decided my method is going to be the following -

Using a slipknot on my neck to tie the rope to the door (also a slipknot). Then using a scarf to pad my neck so I don't feel too much pain. What do you guys think? I'm also going to get drunk as possible.
The scarf sounds lika a good idea, what kind of scarf do u use?

Do you think this would work? Going to try prone partial. I tried it for a bit and had that tingling feeling but I had some sort of panic attack. My leg started shaking and I was breathing rapidly.

As long as the support doesn't break, knot doesn't loosening, and you're closing the carotid artery, there shouldn't be an issue.

Probably.
That's one of the main worries!!!
Do you mind to tell if you pissed yourself when you blacked out?
I did not ... just woke up screaming I need to try perfect my method :(
Well, do you really black out that fast?
Happens just like that
How you deal with that survival instinct? I'm curious because I stand up at the moment I feel like passing out @a;e
Have t tried it but apparently alcohol or drugs helps lmao

Partial is quite difficult to accomplish in my opinion because it has too much potential for S.I. to kick in.

Can this be a quiet method or is loud noise 100 percent going to happen?

Full away from walls or furniture should be quiet if you slide stool or chair away.
Banging into things or tipping stool will alert others.

Door is helpful for hanging. One may make a noose (rope or belt), then make a thick knot on the other end and block it on the upper door frame. Then it's enough to stand on small stool and kick it off. However involuntary movements can make a lot of noise

Jeah i thoug about than... Like I have no bar or tomething like that to do it...
My only two options are hooks on a wardrobe (but i doubt the sturdyness of it) and the Door... This one would be pretty loud bc it in a drywall..
We dont even have a forest or stuff to do it there near me... Meh

Someone said that one's "sweetspot" is where one can feel pulse strongest. It seems mine at the same level with my Adam's apple. Of course i can't put noose there because it will hurt as hell and nose at the front of the neck doesn't seem to work. Any ideas?

I'm thinking to use door. Very simple and not too many preparations are necessary

Gravity will pull you down, the noose will go where it goes.

I got absolutely nothing as a support in my home. And I'm a fairly heavy guy with 85kg.

Does anyone know if like phone wires work for this? I assume they're made of thick plastic or latex or both? Some insight would be appreciated

I mean this is the closest to viable support I have. Can't wrap a rope in that.

Jusr get a cord at the hardwarestore its pretty cheap and this would rather hold

Ikd how sturdy this is, do you have a door u can use?

Guess it depends on the weave of the fabric, maybe if its not stechy? Maybe you can show us a picture? You can also use a belt, maybe thats easier to thrift etc
Or just look around ur house, you might habe some rope attached to somethint that u could use
