I've been prescribed quetiapine(victus) 300mg, valproic acid(depamax) 500mg and escitalopram(escivex) 10g. I get prescribed 60 of each every appointment(good for 2 months). I researched a bit about quetiapine and there's a case where someone took 30000mg(100 of 300mg) and still survived, so can I take less but with valproic acid and escitalopram so I won't have to stockpile a lot/wait longer? If so, how much of each do I need for it to be fatal?

Don't bother.

I've personally taken hundreds of quetiapine pills combined with others and survived.

Simply don't. Recently did quetiapine + alprazolam and alcohol and still am here. The moments while overdosing on it are also horrible and you will probably eventually ask for help.
