Today I had a very final realization it is not getting better. Total doom. How could it be, if one has no influence on external factors. Maybe I will go today. This really feels like the end. As if one runs against a black wall.

It's a very bitter epiphany to have, isn't it? But there is some solace to be found in the fact that none of this is your fault, even if it is only a small amount.It isn't going to get better for me either, so I know what you mean. Unless being dead is better, then hopefully we'll both be wrong.

I certainly just believe that life only gets worse as time goes on and we just suffer more and more, it's simply the reality of this existence and of course I understand that it really can be so awful and tiring feeling trapped here.
