Hello everyone,

I'm not sure why I'm making this thread but i think tomorrow might be the day for my SN method - my parents are going on a vacation.

I'll post in this thread if something goes wrong and I'm not able to go.

At least in my case, there's no such thing as hope in the first place, there's nothing to lose. But if this is what you decide, then I hope that you find freedom from this cruel world. But I think that it's understandable having fears, as after all suicide isn't always easy to go through with but at least you have the option of a reliable method.

It might seem that my dad means to me as much as my tyrant mom does but it's nothing like that. He's a good person, and his, may i say so, "cuckness" is just him being tired of his wife ranting for almost 30 years. I would love to leave but I'm so worried about my dad. I wouldn't want to destroy his life. But at the same time i just can't carry on...

Sounds like you have similar parental dynamics to me. I also have a vile mother and a soft father who may have a good heart but enables her abuse (and that others). It doesn't make me inclined to stick around for him. Parents like your mother are not going to change and a requirement for you to have decent mental health is to get the help away. I know that's easier said than done in a position like yours. Sometimes we have to put up with shitty situations until we can effect change in our lives. It's just a matter of incremental progress.
