What time of day do u feel the worst. For me it would be the evening/night… idk why but ig its that way bc everything during the day makes me feel worse, so it just goes down and down. Also in the evening i dont have energy…

I think that all times of the day are dreadful personally. To me it's such a terrible burden having the ability to exist here and I'm always wishing for the permanent relief that only not existing can bring but for me waking up is the worst as it's always very unfortunate to realise that I'm still here and that I didn't peacefully leave this world in my sleep.

immediately when i wake up until four or five hours after. i wake up midday and its the worst until the evening. during the evening and night its not as bad. something about that darkness and quiet calms me a bit.

Morning, first thing that always comes to my mind is why am I still here. Then later in the afternoon/evening it hits again when I get bored of distracting myself and I remember this day is the same as the last and it just keeps going.

Daylight times pose significant challenges for me, as I struggle with an issue related to my eyes that makes it difficult to keep them open in slightly sunny conditions. Additionally, I am extremely susceptible to UV radiation, necessitating my avoidance of sunlight to the greatest extent possible. Moreover, I find that daylight time tends to coincide with the warmest temperatures of the day, and as someone who struggles with warmth and high temperatures, this further adds to my difficulties during this period.

Physically, I'm a morning person. I've been getting up at 4am since I was 18. Psychologically, I hate getting up knowing I'm still alive. I pray every night to die in my sleep. I think THAT's probably the most painless, peaceful way to go. Only a select few precious souls are awarded that.
It changes every so often, but right now it is the night. I have a hard time sleeping because I can never stop my mind from racing. The only thing I can do to stop it is to watch a very recent YouTube video that is over twenty minutes long, but even then, that only does so much.
In the morning at 6am, the first 5min is just annoyed and sad that I woke up and have to deal with another day. So that's bad.
I busy myself through the day and by 730pm when I sit down to eat and rest I start to think about stuff and it just makes me panic and wonder why I'm stilll here. So that's bad.
And then just before I go to sleep around 11pm-2am it is also difficult as my mind switched off I wonder what I'm going to do and why I'm still here and how I'm going to get away with this ctb and how I'm going to ensure everyone is as little hurt as possible. It's just exhausting and I'm pissed I'm going to sleep only to wake up again tomorrow and do the same thing. And that's also bad

Absolutely HATE night time because i couldn't sleep. Very bad insomnia, last night I slept at 6 am woke up at 9am. Have to get up and work, luckily I only do minimal work. If I don't have insomnia I'd make better money.
For me it's the whole day. The only time I experience any semblance or calm or peace is at night. But during the day I'm a complete wreck and my SI is at its worst.
