Therapy, medication (a lot of different ones), day care (or how it's called), hotlines, psych ward.. all of these didn't help me enough for my symptoms to substantially improve during many years. Even when one issue got a little better, other got worse (for example OCD and social anxiety).
My depression rarely gets away. Low motivation, low energy, low will to do things that probanly won't help me regardless.
I'm here all lonely and alone, craving for a deep connection, while it's almost impossible for me to find.
Most of people expect you to have your life figured out to a high degree, before befriening you, dating you, caring about you.
I can't take it like this for much longer. I don't know what to do, as there isn't a realistic option for me left.
Does anyone else sometimes feel the same way?
