Discussion What do you dislike the most about life?

Civilization/society. I can't imagine a more cruel construct. We destroy everything we touch, treat eachother like garbage and for what? The feeling of being better than "the rest"? The feeling of "power"? To build bigger and "better" things? It just doesn't make any fucking sense.

We put every animal that we can into a cage or beat it into submission (includong other humans). We exploit every resource we discover untill there's nothing left. We kill, not out of neccesity but for 100% made up problems in our made up world. There just isn't a single aspect of humanity that I can view in a positive light.

Humans are vile predatory beasts which don't care about anything but themselves.
We create nothing but misery and destruction.

I genuinely envy people who don't see humanity this way.

First, the lack of meaning. Then, the evil design where the strongest kill the weakest just to survive. Then, capitalism, injustice, the pain one can experience—all for nothing.

A lot of people - especially ones I'd trusted - turn out to be cruel. Whether failing to help me, or actively making my life worse, I can't feel secure around anyone.

Life itself and everything in it. Life is suffering, and pleasure is encouragement from the brain to continue surviving. I hate life, it's meaningless and it's a trap that's hard to get out of.

Money. I seriously think if I wasn't born into the lowest class of American society- if I was even born middle class, born with the inherent safety net that coming from a stable middle class family brings, I would be at least able to tolerate life.

Feeling left out, like I don't belong anywhere, even among my relatives. I don't think I'm so incredibly unique that people just can't relate to me. But they don't want to.

How unfair, random and chaotic life is. It's baffling to me how things can just happen and your life can flip upside down in an instant. A car could crash into you, an earthquake could happen, other people can hate you over things you literally have no control over. They can hate you without you having done anything to them at all. That's like if you were in a video game and you're constantly getting spawn-killed over and over again for no reason.

I don't want to live in a world that is designed like this.

Employment. Demands demands demands. There's 1 path to meeting your basic needs and it involves feigning social skills I don't have, conning and being conned. I can't meet the requirements of life. Ergo I'm a death bound failure.

Selfish and stupid genes evolved pain just to ensure their own survival. It's one of the things I hate most.

At present, how everything tries to make you feel guilty. You try to do something you enjoy and you're made to feel guilty for it, whether because people are depending on you or you're depending on yourself to get things done. It's hard to live with that constant guilt in the back of your mind, no matter what action you take you feel like you're going to be disappointing someone, and it is a very painful feeling.
