Discussion What do you dislike the most about life?

Title basically. For me I think it's just the exhausting nature of everything, grinding you down over the years.

The fact that I have almost 0 romantic success. I wish a girl would see me that way. I just want to have a connection with someone.

The blatant lies. From the "It's ok" and "it gets better" from friends/family to the politicians and corporations claiming they give a damn about anything other than money, power, and control. Take my rights and sell me out, but do not fucking pretend to my face with a smile only to stab me in the back. We all know it is all a game, let us stop playing it like children and face each other as adults.

For me, having been in the business world for over 5 decades, it is human nature. Human nature in the form of greedy, self-centered behavior, egotistical behavior and in general not giving a rats behind any thought of the next person.

If, humans are ever going to survive long term, we ALL will have to learn to look out and work with each other, or we will be just like the dinosaurs, gone.

Like through the years, having heard so many times: "I am an executive". Like what does that really mean anyway? I do not get it, probably to dumb, I guess.

Human cruelty towards animals. I'm specifically referring to their exploitation and torture in the form of factory farms. It's horrific and I can't stand the fact that it happens.

Having to live it. Over the years I had many desperate fantasies of having someone to look over my shoulder 24/7 and coordinate my life, or even live it for me. When I was failing in high school and had too much executive dysfunction to even cook myself meals, I wished I could give myself up to somebody who would have more investment in my life than I do. I can't trade it or give it away or negotiate an amendment to the established rules of the universe. I can't guarantee myself success, nor would I be satisfied if I could. There's no part of living that I enjoy at this point, though I wish it mattered to me for the sake of my family who loves me. To be the person I feel they deserve.

I had some pretty traumatic "spiritual awakening" type stuff happen recently that has made me look back over my life in shock and horror. For all the "awareness" I ever had, I never developed a will to live.

Oh boy... where do I begin.

Let's say life in general is too complicated. Too much paperwork, too many processes, events, and I don't have the energy or motivation for all that. I don't know where my energy went cause as a kid I would be happy to explore the world. (I'm talking like, 5 years old).

I get offended by many things, this is tied to how I feel, when I felt super motivated and optimistic, things almost never offended me).

I have cringe memories, I feel like I've made a fool out of myself through the years. It's time to just put an end to all this. What's the purpose anyways? To please people?

I'm useless, I wasted many years that I didn't take seriously, and now I'm facing the consequences. I tried, but the energy is not there.

Life is complicated, no need to play such stupid game. Also, too much fucking crime and fake people.

The fact that it was imposed at all causing all this harm, suffering and cruelty as a result with no limit as to how much one can be tortured and no matter what I'll just always find it so terrible and dreadful to suffer in this existence I always saw as a mistake.

For me existence itself will always be the true problem and simply just existing will always be enough to make me wish for the peace of an eternal, dreamless sleep, I'll always see existence as an abomination that just causes problems there were never a need for and so much unnecessary suffering all for the sake of it, I find it the most terrible tragedy how this existence was imposed. I find it the most torturous, dreadful and futile burden to exist and I always suffer so much from how despite the fact this existence was imposed we exist in this horrific reality where the suffering and torture of existing is seen as to force and prolong no matter what even know it all just leads to decay and death anyway

A lot of things i hate about life. But these are not isolated they sit on top of each other summing up the badness of life.

How unimaginably bad pain or suffering can get that it can be unending constant and unbearable pain the worst pain and you can't move away from it but must suffer the worst pain every second for years.

there's also diseases, unbearable pain, disabilities , brainwashing , lies , bad habits , injustice , scams, oppression, cancer, stroke , meaningless addictions obessesions habits, they made every gauranteed suicide method into crimes like hiring someone to help you suicide making us prisoners and slaves, that i 'm a slave in this hell, old age, ilnesses, accidents, grief, unfulfilled needs, dealing with people , work a job , chores , everrything breaks, problems bad memories , you have to fucking clean and wash every damn thing , taking out the trash, having to feed yourself all day , groceries, taking out trash, washing clothes, chores like these every day, i don't want to do any damn thing..... having to work all day a job chores only to exist under threat of extreme torture... there is no meaning only suffering and avoiding suffering ... more things... and i just touched on general things about life

The thing I dislike the most about life is that I have to be me. I can't magically wake up as somebody else with good looks, smarts, success, friends, things like that. I hate humanity and the society we made. The greed and selfish of humanity has made existing in our current society unbearable. I constantly watch as the ultra wealthy continue to hoard more and more wealth and assets from the middle and working class. The exploitation of children in developing countries for their luxury. I watch as the insatiable greed with more money than can truly comprehend continue influence and bribe so they hoard more money to hoard more money. They influence the weak mind and convince people to vote against their self interest. They lie and give them scapegoats for idiots to believe are the problem while the rich laugh at them. Their greed to consume and ravage the earth accelerate climate change and millions are dying and many more are going to die because of it. They sell them shiny toys to fuel consumerism while we increasing live insqaulor and starve. We can't buy homes, we can't buy food, we can't exist without money. The powerful wage war and commit genocide by sending our children our loved ones while they stay safe in the castle and reap the rewards while we suffer the pain, death, suffering and trauma.The selfishness and greed is part of our DNA refined and honed by evolution. It who we are at a base level and I don't see a future were we overcome this flaw. I don't believe humanity has made anything of worth or value to exist that is worth the cost to the world, the extinction of species and the pain and suffering we inflict on each other.
