Hi Everyone,

I've got an argon 600 L C size cylinder here in Oz. The website says that the cylinder should weight 5.8 kg, whereas a carved label on it says 4.0 kg.
Do y'all think that's a problem? Should I be concerned?
I just weighed it on a scale and it shows 5.8 kg consistent with what the website says. What's the number on the cylinder then?

Good guess. But 600 L of Argon weights ~ 1 kg, so the empty cylinder weighs 4.8 kg. Should be something else.

Perhaps the empty cylinder weight is measured before the valve is installed.
