I'm having bad thoughts again. I hate when people comment on my weight. Especially when I'm enjoying something. It's always "you've gained weight." I hate how people notice that. I just want to enjoy food again. I feel so fat. I don't know how I let myself get this big. I wanna love myself despite it all. It's so hard. So damn hard. I want to see value in myself in something other than weight. But I can't help but think I'm getting fat again.

I have had the same problem as you. Hope this helps.
Start small. Small steps and consistency is key.
1. Eat smaller portions at every meal
2. Use smaller plate
3. Drink more and more water
4. Add veggies and proteins of choice and eat that before meal.
5. Start walking at least try to rest 10,000 steps a day.
6. Don't give a fick what anyone has to say
