Oh dear not good
Yes I think I ordered from the same seller and they don't sell it anymore. Sad for UK buyers.I ordered mine on the 24th Feb from a UK supplier it arrived a few days later, I went to leave a review and they were gone so I will expect a knock on the door, can't wait for them to get a search warrant.
Did you order from the eastern europe seller ?I bought sn back in September from a famous auction website.
Today I had a visit from the police. They said they had had a phone call from police Scotland, (I'm Midlands, England), who were investigating someone selling sn and my details had come up. Basically it was a welfare check and wanted my sn. Fortunately I have 3 tubs hidden in different places , so gave them 1. They threatened to call an ambulance and have me assessed, but I explained I'd bought it in September so they said they would be in touch with mental health services and to expect a call/visit.
So just be wary, I bought it in September!
Exactly. It's not illegal to buy or possess it and As far as I'm aware if you tell them you no longer have it or refuse to give it to them what can they actually do? Nothing. It's probably just a box ticking exercise on their part as if they didn't do anything they would come under criticism. No laws have been brokendid you turn over your bleach, charcoal, cooking knives, shoe laces, belt?
I mean the USA is pretty cucked but give me a fucking break already.
can't wait for (the police) to get a search warrant.
you don't have to let (the police) in do you?
I am not an attorney, nor am I in the UK, but the laws there and here have many parallels. Be careful with this. There are a lot of exceptions cut into your protections from searches and seizures when it comes to welfare checks.(The police) need a search warrant to enter and search your home ...
They'll find whatever they're looking for, if they get into your place.... make sure you hide it well

Damn, I missed the boat! I was going to buy from that same seller (£9.80, 100% feedback, user/seller name that rhymes with 'hunter'). His SN listing vanished and reappeared a few time over the weeks and he appeared to be the only UK seller of it on 'that' auction site. It's my guess the police have traced at least one SN suicide/attempt back to products sold by himself, contacted him and asked for/demanded a list of persons he's sold it to. So I'd imagine the law will be in touch, just tell 'em you flushed it. I wonder how many sales of SN that seller had and if he had any inclination of what it's intended use was (presumably not).I ordered mine on the 24th Feb from a UK supplier it arrived a few days later, I went to leave a review and they were gone so I will expect a knock on the door, can't wait for them to get a search warrant.
Once again: I'm not an attorney or in the UK, so I don't know what they can do. I'm generally not one to lie to the police, through. That goes poorly Stateside.Exactly. It's not illegal to buy or possess it and As far as I'm aware if you tell them you no longer have it or refuse to give it to them what can they actually do? Nothing.
This much, I will say with confidence: you are absolutely correct that they are just going through the motions. Though, from time to time, if someone successfully suicides and the local news gives a shit, then a random officer will catch hell briefly. It's probably just a box ticking exercise on their part
Maybe you could privately share the butchers details lol. He would be baffled. People from all over the UK travelling to see him. No I think word is spreading about its use for ctb and restrictions as to who it's sold to may come in sadly. It's really easy to get I was over the butchers, meat market and said about SN and he raised a huge bag of it and said do you want some, I just laughed as I was panic searching online as it's getting harder to obtain but a 5 minute walk away and hey presto there's tons of it.![]()

That's who I bought mine from. They are more than welcome to call round. I'll even make them a cup of tea, on the premise that no illegal activity has taken place and my bedroom is out of bounds lolDamn, I missed the boat! @Roger, does SN's status in the UK allow police to confiscate it and have people hospitalised against their will just for owning it?
Damn.

Would they not need a warrant to search a property? There is no specific statute allowing police to do that, but there would effectively and practically be nothing to stop a police officer seizing it. He/she simply has to say that he reasonably believed that your possession constituted a danger to life. English law recognises duress/necessity as a defence.
They can only detain you without warrant under the Mental Health Act if you are acting dangerously towards yourself in a public place (usually defined as any place to which the public have access either freely or on payment. ) If they wish to enter a home in order to detain you for your own safety, then they must have a warrant. They should try and take you to a suitable hospital, but are only obliged to take you to a "place of safety" which can be a cell in a police station.

the police arrived but ... they couldn't force her they could only advise her and she killed herself the same night
Thanks that's a bit of an eye opener. Sn is listed as a reportable poison that's shouldn't be sold to the public, particularly in such a high concentration. I'm amazed this was being sold so publicly. It is however listed as a poison and technically the public are not suppose to buy it without licence. I think as more deaths occur with SN, the more things will tighten up in the UK.

Thank you so much :-) just hope the SN doesn't get taken away before I can use it lol. I would be piiiiiiiiissssssseeed.Wish you find the peace you seek for.
They could of sectioned her under a 135 warrant but probably couldn't contact a magistrate in time.Yes there was a case 4 weeks ago a women was suicidal and the police arrived but couldn't do nothing as she was in a hotel room so they couldn't force her they could only advise her and she killed herself the same night.
Lucky womanThey could of sectioned her under a 135 warrant but probably couldn't contact a magistrate in time.
In fairness maybe she should have been sectioned on this occasion. There was evidence of an attempt in a hotel room. Hope she is at peace.Yes there was a case 4 weeks ago a women was suicidal and the police arrived but couldn't do nothing as she was in a hotel room so they couldn't force her they could only advise her and she killed herself the same night.
Check out the link they couldn't search the hotel room or section her but I suppose the mental health laws could be updated but this was recent.

I'm glad she had the choice and wasn't sectioned as it said she had suffered long term depression and psychiatric wards don't help.I agree, she was obviously in distress as she was a doctor and could get better meds that we can get hold of.
Does this mean it will get stopped at customs for anyone shipping it into the uk?Thanks that's a bit of an eye opener. Sn is listed as a reportable poison that's shouldn't be sold to the public, particularly in such a high concentration. I'm amazed this was being sold so publicly.
TBH, It's such a small amount we need and the dogs are trained to sniff out more potent powders.Does this mean it will get stopped at customs for anyone shipping it into the uk?
I need to order tomorrow and it looks like my best bet is a reshipping company to a mailbox address rather than my own address - well its my only option really but its going to take some negotiation to set it all up, and if it then gets stopped at customs I dont know that I would cope with that.TBH, It's such a small amount we need and the dogs are trained to sniff out more potent powders.

Just be mindful that due to this **FAKE** SS members from UK will start posting that they are getting paid and hope you will help them with a shipping address for immediate receipt of SN all for a nice handsome fee.
P.S. make sure you give them the account for the SS Royal Bank of Nigeria. ;-))
