• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

Bullshit. The capsule doesn't just dissolve all at once. Part of the capsule will dissolve first and a small amount of SN will enter the system. Then a little more of the capsule will dissolve and some more of the SN will enter the system. That's exactly the way you DON'T want the SN to enter your system. As far as the PPH is concerned, even if there are errors in it here and there, what's in it is based on a WHOLE LOT MORE real life examples than I'm sure you, or me, have ever been witness to concerning ctb. And it constantly gets revised as more info becomes known. If you want to take your SN via delayed release capsule, by golly, go for it. You can be something of a pioneer, charting a new course, going where no man has ever gone before. Good luck with that.
But there are a LOT of capsules doing that (18 or so) and it only needs a little bit of SN to do the job. I'd remind you again, you didn't even understand the concept of gastric resistant capsules.

And yes the PPH does get revised but the errors still remain as do the things with no logical explanation as to why.

And exactly in terms of taking it. We've got the idea you're not for it. Perhaps leave the thread to people who want to take this further as an idea.

We wouldn't be pioneers lol. It's already been done successfully and documented several times

"Enteric-coated capsules, also known as gastro-resistant capsules, are designed to prevent drug release in the stomach and facilitate it in the intestine, protecting the stomach or the drug from the acidic environment."

No. I backed out twice smh. Ended up pouring both doses down the drain on separate occasions. I just knew I would throw up as I have a weaker stomach+the combination of the taste+SI I suppose lol. Why I have been looking into capsules recently as I have extensive experience popping pills lmao and won't have to worry about saltiness/taste. Still going to do antiemetics tho
You took 35 g of an and lived? Are you sure you had a legit batch, measured accurately?

I think the GASTRIC RESISTANT capsules idea should be fully examined. It would (1) eliminate the salty taste and (2) eliminate any vomiting as they would deposit their contents in the intestines.

I'm just a layperson, so I don't have any special knowledge on this and I could very well be wrong, but my first thought was wondering if nausea and vomiting are only triggered by stomach contents. Some medications that are taken intravenously cause vomiting, after all.

It looks like a complicated subject, as there are several different pathways through which nausea and vomiting can be triggered, but from my basic understanding the intestines are on one of those pathways:

(1)
"The nervous system around the gut or the enteric nervous system also transmits signals to the brain via the vagus nerve. It is via this system that radiation therapy, chemotherapy and gastroenteritis activate the 5-HT3 receptors leading to vomiting."

(2)
"local irritation of and damage to the stomach or small intestines sends afferent signals that reach the emetic center to activate nausea and vomiting. "

I found these sentiments in research papers as well, they were just said in more wordy, lengthy ways. But seemingly, the intestines can send signals to your brain saying "hey you, it's time to vomit now!"

So I don't know if enteric coated capsules would prevent vomiting. I also read that a main purpose of those capsules is to bypass stomach acid, since the small intestine is less acidic and certain drugs are absorbed better in less acidic environments. I don't know if they have the direct effect of being less likely to cause nausea/vomiting.

Literally read what you just quoted lmao
Well that's weird because I read somewhere someone taking 35 g an and living so I'm not sure what I did wrong or where I saw that.
