I'm sure you've researched and have measures in place, but just in case, one thing I read :
"You might end up texting someone because you'll be so out of it and they'll be worried from how weird the texts are. So you might get found in time."

So I suppose it might be good to prevent that somehow.
Anyhow, I'm sure you've done your research....

I saw that, and that's why I'm blocking off the room. I'm going to drink before hand so hopefully that will increase the sedative effect (that's what's what I read at least) but I have no one to text as well other than my one friend. Ill make sure to put my phone in air plan mode or something to try to make sure, but i also read it messes up your vision so I won't have to worry as much about texting specifically. Hoping it will just let me drift off since with the amount I have now is over 7g's. I appreicate your concern and looking out for me, being found before hand is my worst nightmare, which is why I am almost sort of tempted to do it tomorrow in the day so that noise won't affect the other guests

During the day, is there a chance that the housekeepers knock on your door, when you would not want them to?

Not from my experience, I've had the do not disturb sign up for pretty much the whole week and haven't been bothered or had anyone knock. The only thing I've had so far is housekeeping sliding a letter under my door on the first day saying they saw the sign and if I need anything to just call. Hoping it will be consistant tomorrow!

I suppose you could always mention to the reception that you were up late and planning to catch up on sleep during the day.... Just a thought anyhow....

Thank you for your support and care, I didn't expect at all that this would take off the way it has. I thought I might hear from one or two people but the tremendous support I have to say has helped bring me comfort in my last few days

Honestly it feels both empowering to hold the means to my end in my hands but also it feels absolutely terrifying not knowing for sure what's on the otherside. I guess I just gotta have faith that there is a Heaven and that I can be forgiven for my sins, kinda wish I could have connected with religion a little more in my life but this is where I've ended up

If anyone is interested, before I start my attempt I can try to upload a picture showing just how much powder it actually is. I hope I have been informative in explaining my method (never really been good at explaining or with words) but in the end this is just my research and choice do with it what you will, not to encourage people in making their own choice

I'll work on figured out how to upload one from my phone. For the total pill count, its between 300-320 of 25mg strength (roughly 7.5g's which has been the highest reported overdose and iirc supposedly the person passed in about an hour or two but the report was of a 14 year old, so it might not be the same with big size different)

I just wanted to put this out there for those who may be struggling like I have been until a little bit ago. I have recently turned to religion through my own choice for the first time in my life and have found solace in it and in knowing that all our sins, past present and future are forgiven as long as we have faith in Christ. The one story that truly gets to me is Luke 15:11-32, The Parable of The Lost Son. Knowing that there is forgiveness, and that we may be welcomed back with open arms despite our past actions and misdeeds I have at least found deeply comforting. I'm not sure if I anyone really cares to hear this but I just wanted to express my beliefs before I go to someone.

To give a bit of an update I will most likely be taking my Stat dose of meto around 3 or so since I read you should fast for a minimum of 5 hours before taking it. I am also working on that picture of the powder as well. Thanks and much love guys

Yeah, sorry guys I seem to be having a hard time with uploading a picture, but if you know those little clear plastic cups hotels leave in rooms, it is about 3/8 filled. That's for about 310 pills of it.

I feel like I am rushing it a little by doing it tonight plus I have no issue with day drinking so I might just wait until the morning just so I can get another flavour yogurt so it's not all the same but I am not certain.

Could anyone help me understand the procedure for meto and fasting and what's okay to drink and such? Been trying to find info on here but don't see anything about drinks?

Yeah, what's the harm in chilling another night? It's your call. As for the fasting and the meto, they aren't really related. The fasting is to make it faster to absorb and to make it easier if you vomit to know how much you actually lost. The meto builds in your system over time. So if you wanted you could take one every eight hours until the hour before, then you take 30mg. The yogurt won't make a difference and is totally worth it to get 7-8gr of powder down.

I guess the fasting / empty stomach aspect is just to give a faster absorption of (in this case) the benadryl.
Also apparently high benadryl doses make it hard to go to the toilet (liquid and solid), so I suppose it's best to be as "empty" as possible...

I'll check a couple of other things and post again in 5 mins....

That is super helpful, I wasn't sure if I couldn't drink soda's for the same length of time or if I shouldn't drink juices and such. I whole heartedly agree the yogurt seems like the best way to get it down since it probably won't taste the best either. I might wait till the morning but I can't put it off too long since I will need at least 10 hours alone from what I have seen just to make sure, don't want to be found too soon.

I didn't know meto built up in your system over time, I would have started taking it earlier if I had known but I just took a dose now just to let it start doing its thing. If I understand meto as well its to help things process in the stomach faster as well as to block receptors in the brain that control/allow vomitting? So shouldn't it help the body process the pills faster?

Sorry for the sudden questions, just don't want to mess this up, a phrase I got told recently is "Prior Planning Prevents Piss Poor Performance" so want to make sure I know everything I need about it.

I appriecate y'all sticking around with me while I go through this!

Yeah from what I have read there is a fun rhyme you can use to remember anticholinergic med OD effects, "Can't See, Can't Pee, Can't Spit, Can't Shit" I am prepared to face the side effects of it but am hoping that combining it with alcohol before hand will help both of their CNS depressing effects and that the alcohol does potentiate the sedative effect like I have seen for some people. I can only really hope but know I might be in for one of the worst experiences of my life. I just have to have faith that the lord will guide me and see me through this potentially terrifying time.

I got another bottle today that brought the tab count up to 310 but would it be overkill to get another 60 count bottle to crush up and prep in a yogurt just to be safe? (Or is that just complete overkill since it would bring the dose to like 370 pills which would be like 9g's)

Right. I would expect any cns depressant to contribute here. Your brain has a vomition center, a sensor system that compares inputs like vision and body position, and also monitors you blood for poison. If inputs get out of sync, your body thinks POISON! though it's usually because you're reading in a car, and it tries to make you vomit out the poison. That is not the kind of poison sensing that meto helps with. Meto interferes with your poison detector, which is good because that is not what Dramamine helps with. Ironically, any antihistamine is also an anti-emetic, now that I think about it.

You don't specifically need to fast in relation to the meto....
The fasting is just to get a faster absorption when you finally take the benadryl + alcohol.
So if you wanted, you could eat again tonight, while still making a start on your meto.
Then in the morning, you would skip breakfast, so you can have an empty stomach when you take the benadryl + alcohol.
In the morning, you can do the "stat" meto dose (3x10mg), then wait 45 mins (or thereabouts), then take the benadryl + alcohol.

I suppose if you wanted, you could take another meto in 5 hours from now, then go back to sleep and wait 5 hours before you do the "stat" dose, so you get another meto in, but with a slightly compressed timeframe (5+5 = 10, instead of 8+8 = 16).

Note : For legal reasons, I am not recommending any course of action to you.
You must decide upon your own actions and understand the risks associated with any actions.
I also want to state that if you can get better and recover, then that is always the preferred course of action, so if there is any chance of that, then that is what you should do.

Yeah, its definitely ironic that the drug of choice to OD is also an anti-emetic haha. Thank you for the info on meto and the sensor with the brain. Meto was something I didn't research into because I didn't have it prior to yesterday so getting this run down is super useful to making a stratagy.

I hadn't even considered alcohol as a CNS depressant until someone else mentioned it on here a day or so ago so I made sure to have a half a mickie of tequila and then another 200ml of vodka to make sure I get the effects.

I always thought it was the meto that caused the fasting because I got told it worked better on an empty stomach by the pharmacist but its good to know its more for the diphen to be absorbed. I might just wait to eat until the morning and eat the free breakfast and follow the dose every 5 hours that was suggested.

I am considering drinking after taking the meto and in between the time I am taking the diphen just so its already in my system because I don't know quickly the diphen will kick in with being in a powder.

Hundred percent, understand you are not recommending anything but just simply stating information, what I do with it is my choice. I wouldn't want anything adverse to happen to anyone here just because of my choice.

Thank you immensely for the offer but I just wouldn't feel right taking anyone's hard earned money just because I was irresponsble with my own if that make sense. I do really appreicate the offer though. Yeah I just found out my heart randomly either changes rhythms or just skips beats I don't fully understand but that was something I found out randomly just because I was trying to get meto from a walk in. I have had chest pain in the past month but if you say that to a doctor I am pretty sure they have to run more tests and can't allow you to leave so I don't bring it up. Would be ironic if the meto did me in before i could take the diphen :pfff:. Got told I pretty much need to get tests but why waste tax dollars when my heart will be stopped in a day or two anyways

Would it be bad to take the meto with alcohol or not to wait the full 45 before drinking but then take the diphen 1 hour after the stat dose?

I seriously can't believe the generousity of everyone on here, it warms my heart that so many people are trying to help me enjoy my last day. I feel like I sound like a broken record but thank you from the bottom of my heart, its strange for me to be offered help but it means the world that it's coming from like minded individuals in similar situations.
