Eh I don't think your missing out on anything, It is mostly a greater fools scam. People just hype it up because they want to be rich, not because they truly believe it will change the world. People who buy it are mostly first world hypocrites.

I only noticed this reply after buying a few coins (don't worry, I didn't spend much at all), but I still would have bought. It's true many seem to be in it for money and not for world change. For me it was more like a once in a life time experience. Like benji jumping. (I always wanted to benji jump as a kid, never did.) Now I can say I have owned bitcoins to my non-existent grandchildren haha.

But I must say it's really stressful to own trade things. You begin to constantly worry if their price will go up or down. I hope I can sell them soon. I don't think trading is for me. I'm an impatient person and prone to worrying. Well, at least if there's something that can only be bought in bitcoins I now have the currency. Overall, I wouldn't recommend buying unless you want to purchase something right away with them because of this "Should I buy? Should I sell?" stress. I can't understand how some people can do this for a job. I really don't like living in a world where money is so important.

I'll give you the last 2 but I think marriage is a good IDEA, just poorly carried out. Nature has plenty examples of monogamous relationships being very beneficial. (Birds for example).

I don't mind at all if someone resurrects an old thread. During my life on the Internet, I have seen people get angry at someone for posting in a two-week old thread, I've also seen people be angry for someone posting a new thread when there was one old thread no one had posted in for three months.

I also don't mind if there are two threads of the same topic. I also don't care if someone makes many topics of the same subject, as long as it doesn't become a nuisance.

When I'm feeling better I can watch some tv shows and laugh and not think anything negative, but when I'm feeling bad all I see is toxicity and abuse. Like older pokemon episodes, simpsons, family guy. It's funny how the same show can be really funny or really toxic depending on how you're feeling. Like sometimes I laugh when Misty and Ash argue, sometimes all I see is a toxic and abusive relationship.

It's stupid how there's only one pair of some things and two pair of others in body. There should be two pairs of everything in the body. And more legs. So if you broke your leg you could still walk normally because you had extra legs. Or maybe you could just grow more legs.

Octopussi don't need three hearts. That's excessive and speciest against humans. Wouldn't you like to have three hearts, huh, human?

Governments should focus their attention to building robots for lonely people. I want my fox eared tennis robots. Stop funding militaries, start funding robot building. And don't use the robots for wars. If every human was forced to try building robots we'd surely have Detroid Become Human robots already.

Bloodborne is overrated. If it wasn't from Fromsoftware and if it didn't have Lovecraftian themes people would be much more likely to rate it 7-8/10 instead of 11/10.

Dark Souls 1 isn't hard (except for the DLC which is hard.) Dark Souls 3 bosses are too hard.

I love tail cutting in Dark Souls 1. Every game should feature tail-cutting.

I hate how all Souls outside of 1 have a health penalty mechanic. In Demon's Souls you spend the whole game in non-human form which reduces your health (you can't be human because if you die in human form the game starts making enemies harder). In Dark Souls 3 it feels more like you gain health for being lit instead of losing it when you're dead, but I still hate it. Dark Souls 2 is the worst of them. DS2 was my first Souls game. I died so many times in the first area after Majula, didn't even get to the first boss, and every time I died I lost a part of my max health until I had only half of health bar. But if you went to forums to complain, they were full of git gud and "the health losing mechanic isn't actually bad or unfair because there's a ring that makes you only lose 25% of health bar instead of 50%". They are a new player! They couldn't know there's such a ring! They couldn't even know where the ring is or even get to the ring because they'd die a million times before reaching that ring! And telling people to wear a specific ring the whole game just so "only" lost 25% of health bar is stupid! They don't punish you for dying. They punish you for being a new player. It would be fairer if the more you played without dying the smaller your health bar got. That way the games would be fairer for new players and harder for experienced players.

Pokemon should have a Nuzlocke mode and three save files. The nuzlocke save mode could disable shinies and stuff. I tried nuzlocking once, but then GF gifted tons of legendaries to me, and when the game got harder it was too hard to resist not using those (of course I didn't delete them after they died and they were level 100 so no fear of them dying). I also started to think "Well, this is my first nuzlocke and I'm having a bad day and I don't want to grind or anything and I liked this bird pokemon and the death was unfair and this was the first time it died so it's okay if I ignore its death this time". It was also my first time playing that particular game so I just wanted to get forward and discover new places and story.

I do acknowledge that some "real life" "communism" was atrocious. But at the same time, I want to stress that the ideology of communism does not condone those atrocities. There is a difference between someone who says they're communist and someone who says they're nazi. You can be communist for whatever reason, but that does not mean you approve of the atrocities. You can say with good reason that what happened there was a perversion that has little to do with the idea of communism.

However if you're a nazi, tough luck because genocide is an inherent part of that ideology. What happened under the nazis was completely in line with nazi ideology. Unlike communism, nazism is genocidal at its core, genocide is a central pillar of the very ideology of nazism.

So if someone subscribes to communism, I can call them naive or whatever but I don't have to accuse them of subscribing to terror and genocide. But if someone subscribes to nazism, I can accuse them of subscribing to terror and genocide, because that's exactly what they subscribed to.

This is a good one. It always kinda bothers me when people just whine about the rich elites or politicians or whatever. Not because there's nothing to complain about, but because they forget that poor people are mostly scum as well and just have less power to exercise their scumminess. This allows people to hope that things could one day be fixed I guess, if only the "good people" could take power. Despite a whole history full of evidence to the contrary.

Content wise it's good but when it comes to the users that frequent reddit it's probably worse than 4chan though I haven't been on 4chan too much. People there are very toxic and contributed a lot to my misanthropy. They like to push someone who is suffering further to the edge, it's as if they can only get satisfied in life through making others more miserable. I can't recall the amount of times people there have been mean to me, told me to suck it up or even straight out insulted me when I tried to reach out. Going there for advice or for venting or whatever always made me feel worse than I was before.

They always repeat the same line of "advices" thinking they're some kind of samaritans changing others life when in reality they do more bad. Thoughtless advice like: "go to therapy" , "be more positive", "go shower or go gym", " life is what you make out of it" , "bro don't suicide we love you bro even if we never directly interacted", they repeat over and over again from others and it doesn't happen only in the help subreddits, but also in others you'll mainly see in the comments the same meme repeated over again.

They think very high of themselves in general and will never admit they're wrong. It's always that mentality us vs. them, the passive aggressiveness is outrageous.

Also the rampant misogyny on there Jesus.

What still angers me to this day is when someone in r/promortalism posted that he wanted to suicide and asked something in regard to suicide methods without knowing that it is against site rules. Unfortunately someone else took screenshot of his post and posted it in another subreddit. What followed next? Non stop bullying for days, the subreddit was brigaded with hateful memes but the most unsettling were the comments. I have never seen such hate towards suicidal people. Coming from the same people who are like " bro we love you" probably. These are the suicide prevention people folks. After seeing that post I came to the conclusion that they don't want to help the suicidal, it's just a facade. They actually couldn't care less, they just pretend to help in order to feel good about themselves and fit in society. Deep down they hate us so much and that post was a full proof. Fuck them and fuck humans. I left Reddit since a week or so and I feel better since then.

Don't distract by switching from nazism to fascism. Your original stament was that "Communists were as bad as nazis, if not worse." Italian fascism wasn't nearly as bad as nazism, but you chose the word "nazis".

And it is pretty simple. As naive as communism may be, it is not an ideology of genocide. Nazism is an ideology of genocide. The atrocities of Stalin and Mao are no part of communist ideology at all. The atrocities of Hitler are a part of nazi ideology because Hitler defined nazi ideology.
