• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Today was going to be my last day, I was going to jump but I suddenly felt terrified and sick to my stomach, now I lost my opportunity and I'll have a terrible weekend. Was thinking about jumping from a bridge into a river, but I'm afraid it won't work or I'll get too afraid again, is it possible to somehow get over this fear?

It might sound silly but you could try clutching to a loved plushie. Hold it tight,
close your eyes and don't think too much about it.
If you like you can even put on some headphones and listen to your favourite song. And in case you have a strong imagination,
you can try to picture your comfort characters (or a deceased person/pet you miss) jumping down with you, kind of guiding you.
I hope this helps, I just wanted to offer advice that doesn't require you to go out and get anything extra!

When i tried my first attempt (drowning) i did it without taking anything. If your situation is horrible enough, your will may override your SI.
