Fun fact I did get admitted once and the hospital tried to get me to sign a HIPAA waiver to tell my parents, but I had a moment of clarity and refused so that I could retain my rights. Big brain moment that probably saved me from further abuse.

Some ppl online (outside of here) know coz I trust them enough to talk about it, ny trust so far proved right.

On occasion, using the web too much is a coping
mechanism, tho that was years in the past. A little isolation sometimes, since I need to find time to hide a vc.

As for emotions, it varies, can be more or less than average, eg in a reasonably nice group task, others complained of boredom before I mentioned I'd also felt bored, coz the task took longer than expected, tho expecting a little boredom might've helped me be more calm, idk.

At the same time, handling 20 seconds of random interruption feels like a big nuisance vs a moderate annoyance.
