40 pages, yeah. I abhor throwing up and will avoid if at all possible. Even nausea really gets to me. So, if the antiemetics don't work or I'm nauseous, it won't be pleasant. That being said, what are everyone's thoughts on using an enema?

What is the equivalent dose for Antiemetic Domperidone 20mg to MEtoclopr 800mg ? This one is taken only once, hour before drinking SN, no regime requiared ? thank you

I believe the anti emetics shouldn't be taken exactly same time as antacids. If antiemetic one hour before should anacids be after. Thanks

If i understand it right i can take
3*75mg ranitidine
3*10mg primperan
All together and after an hour the SN, right?
You still can puke it?

Just make sure to take the anti emitics and antacids. I have read many case studies. I think it depends on the amt you take. Stomach pain, headache.

How much Tagamet should I take? Are there any US suppliers of antiemetics? Also does anyone have thoughts on using dmso and sn in either a topical or enema treatment?

The primperan had unpleasant side effects, so I was thinking of doing this:
20 mg primperan one evening
Another 20mg the following evening
Then on the big day, I'd take another 20 mg 45-60 minutes before hand. Possibly 10mg that morning. I tried the whole every 8 hours thing and was freaking miserable.

I would also fast for 8 hours beforehand. And I've been taking the antacids twice daily for about a week now, and by the time I ctb, it would be closer to 3-4 weeks.

I just don't want to throw up. I was going to use the exit bag, but the flowmeter was too big for the cylinder. Was supposed to have died yesterday...

Do OTC medicines work just fine? Like Pepto-Bismal, Tums? They're all I can get access to. I don't throw up easily, even after many attempted overdoses and alochol binged.

Ps, Just bought the SN. Now we wait... I plan on using it the day it arrives

Try domperidone as alternative maybe. I also struggled with stemitil unfortunately. Might mean carbon monoxide instead.

I was drowsy and loopy which made it hard to concentrate on anything. I was quite anxious, more so than usual. And just a general feeling of being unwell and emotionally down. I wasn't enjoying anything. It made me even more depressed. It probably doesn't sound that bad, but I didn't like it. I've felt anxious before attempts, but never to that extent. And I usually have increased happiness and energy when I think I have a plan.

Although it could've been worse. I've heard some people shake uncontrollably or even can't move.

I had the same question regarding the dmso. @xerses had stated tagamet could be mixed along with sn in 100 ml dmso solution. But he didn't say how many. I also wonder if doing it topically along with orally would help speed up the process. As was pointed out on this forum before you could never be too dead:)

since is not advisable to take meto and antiacid at the same time, perhaps its better to take zantac 80 minutes before SN and then meto 60 min before SN, since zantac as a much greater duration time and peak time

That sounds about right. What I am planning. I am taking antacids. 800 mg tagamet 40 minutes before

Can ctb be achieved using sn with an enema or similar device? Even with all the antiemetic procedures, my stomach is sensitive and I abhor nausea.

Good points. It might be a good idea to take primperan when you don't have anything to do for several hours so you can see how it affects you.

I have heard conflicting messages on when to take antacid vs meto. Antacid 1st? And how important is it to do 2 full days of meto prior to the day of? I want to go today and i took meto yesterday and 20 mg today
