Here's a prototype timetable (with stat, as used by ppeh and dignitas) using metoclopramide, tagamet, sodium nitrite
take 5x10 meto // should it be 4?
<wait 5 min>
take 4x200 tagamet
<wait 30 min>
take 15-20g sn // (adjust accordingly if your purity is below 98% or so)
i believe in ppeh it says to dilute it in 50-100ml water though i may be wrong. p sure water amount doesnt matter too much though

Yeah, must admit I've wondered about the amount of water and how significant it is, as there's quite a big difference between 50ml and 100ml. I guess 100ml might make the SN a little easier to chug down.

Where can I get SN? I have already checked Ebay & Amazon, but they do not do international shipping & the ones which do are pricey.

Look for companies that import individual items from overseas in your home country.

Has anyone mentioned an online source of metoclopramide without a prescription ?

take my dosing with a grain of salt however because some people recommend different things personally i would go with 4-5x10 meto 45 min before what but whatever . in aug 2018 ppeh nitschke specifically says that if you want to take meto for sn then do 3x10 30 min before. pretty trivial details really

using nitschke advice:
take 5x10 meto
<wait 10 min>
take 4x200 tagamet
<wait 30 min>
take 15g sn diluted in 50-100 ml water

I googled propanol and got zilch except a bunch of chemistry sites. Did you spell that right? Or did you just mean isopropyl alcohol? in which case, NO it won't.

Propranolol on the other hand, also wouldn't be useful. Though you CAN OD on it apparently (see overdose section on below article - doesn't say how much though). But it won't keep you from puking it up immediately or having pain and panicking and going to the hospital (something another member did when not taking meto or other anti-emetics or something to knock them out).

Thank you Duqu, yes it is propranolol I got the spelling wrong, I don't have enough to od on it. I also have olanzapine maybe that would help. I have meto in the post, thanks for your reply.

I think there is a user who does that already, I'm not sure who but I think they take screenshots of every page because you're not able to make PDFs of it. Personally I use a phone to view and navigate... I don't have a pc to take screenshots with so anything I upload won't be of the right quality and will take a long time. Sorry.

Why not just convert it, There is a ratio in chemistry called density that is the relationship between volume and weight. According to google sn density is 2.17 g/cm³. assuming you want 15 g sn that would make for 6.912 cm3 or 0.46747 tablespoon around half. google helps with this, good luck!

Do you not have access to a scale tham can measure grams ? One can use a track with a liquid or a more course sunstance if you cannot weigh it accurately up to a gram exactly.

Yep, unless if i did math wrong. If i were you I woud use tea spoon cause there's less chance you'll be inaccurate with your measurement. teaspoon is 3 times smaller than table so it would be 1.5 tea spoon
