• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

i'm unsure of if i should ctb now or give things a chance to improve. i have an appointment with psychiatrist in two days which could really help me get the diagnosis i need and eventually help with feelings of wanting to ctb but that's not guaranteed and i don't want to waste my time not procuring some type of method because of something that 'could' happen. if i could ctb now i would but i want to know before i do it that i did everything i could to prevent it in a way. the feelings are constantly prevalent which makes things harder and i don't have anyone to talk to. would the better idea be to ctb now/ before it gets worse or give it a chance? what would you do if you were in my position?

I would give it a chance. You should be able to find tools to ctb at pretty much any time, or within a short amount of time. You really don't lose anything by waiting a few days.

If it goes shitty, then you killed some time.

If it goes well, you potentially have a smoother life ahead of you with the ability to enjoy some things. It won't be a complete cure, but getting diagnosed and receiving treatment can potentially help you balance out the miserable days and the enjoyable days.

I hope everything goes well.

Definitely see the psychiatrist. A medical evaluation would significantly inform the decision you make regarding ctb. Wishing you peace <3

Here's the thing, once you CTB, it's over, but if you wait for a chance for it to get better, it might, and if it doesn't, you can do what you will that result. So I'd say wait, after all once it's over it's over, and you'll never know until you see.
Much love🙏

You have nothing to lose, so why not give living a shot? You can CTB anytime, but once you do it, it's irreversible.

I think that with questions like this it's always a personal decision, only the individual knows what is best for them.
