I'm wondering about the mains risks of failure with A ? Can you share here with us your knowledge about that :

• Risk of throw up : classics anti-emetic drugs (that is to say, easily to access, without prescription) are sufficient ? what is the best methods : several pills in one shot 30 minutes before CTB or several pills during 2 days (at regular intervals of time) or an other method ?
• Risk of pass out (faint) before drink all the substance : is it possible ? have you experiment or heard about such experiences ?
• Risk of spit because of the taste : is it possible ? have you experiment or heard about such experiences ?
• Risk linked to a lack of substance : 10 ml are they sufficient ? 15 ? 20 ? (for someone in good health and who is not old)

Is it necessary to fast ? during how many times ?
Do you know other risks ? which are the mains precautions ?

Hello @sophie.zzz. I'm sorry you're contemplating such things, but ... If you look in the List of Resources near the top of the forum, you'll find lots of very educational links to explore. The protocol for nembutal (N) is described in more than one.

The recommended antiemetics are not available without prescription in many countries, but there are suppliers on ebay that sell them.

There are arguments in favour of both the 48-hour antiemetic regimen and the single dose. Dignitas uses a single dose.

Eight hours of fasting is enough.

I've never heard of anyone passing out before ingesting the full amount, unless they simply gave up trying to drink it. Some people have no doubt given up because they couldn't stand the taste.

The amount needed depends on one's size as well. As far as I know the supplier asks.

The main risks that come to mind include getting scammed or having bad luck when customs agents look at the parcel.
