Since my severe med reaction several years ago, I have had a hell of a time moving forward past the damage. My ex warned me that if I didn't get control of the regrets, I would end up homeless etc.
Well, it looks like she was right, I'm going to be homeless soon and that means killing myself is of utmost importance right now. Whether it's because of Xanax withdrawals and the damage or who knows but I wasn't able to stop regretting taking the shitty meds that caused this damage.
Anyone else have regrets up the asshole as well?

I've got Staring OCD which has effectively alienated me from most people in my life including family. It's not that I don't get shit for being ugly too tho. The Staring is only really a problem because I'm not attractive probably due to being depressed and melancholy all the time. I'm not sure what set me off down this grim path of inward self-destruction and despair but I know their were times when I made things worse for myself and I will live with it for however long I remain here.

Yes in effect. I obsess over staring and appropriate eye contact as well as peripheral vision and avoiding looking at private parts (which tends to give off the opposite vibe). It's made life pretty awkward and at times has been very isolating.

Regrets: I had two major forks in the road. My subconscious told me to go one way and I went the other out of fear...both times. The results were a disaster. I wonder how different things would be if I had listened. I've spent most of my life making terrible decisions based on fear.
