Method Overdose, Availability & How Lethal ?

My question is this ...
I have access to the following medications, what damage will they do?

Topirimate 1.7g
Venlafaxine 6.3g
Quetiapine 6g
Lithium 33.6g
Naproxen 4.2g
Metoclopramide 300mg
Zolmatriptan 15mg
Solpadeine 16g (mix of codeine & paracetamol)

Any input on the effects / outcome / order of taking of the above is hugely appreciated.

Doing this is going to make you very sick but not kill you. You will end up in the hospital ICU and then maybe committed to the psych ward. Don't do it.

Not sure if you'd die, but it would hurt like hell. I have leftover meds from changes, and the ones I'm on now, which tends to concern my providers. Lithium in particular, any provider I've spoken to who knows about my chronic suicidality has been concerned about me having access to that. Initially they'd only prescribe me a week at a time. Suggested a visiting nurse to do meds weekly so I don't have access all at once. Managed to get out of that, but I can confirm it's not just one provider trying to scare me out of overdosing. It's not just the concern about its potential lethality, but everything before that. It's painful, really hard on the body, and nowhere near guaranteed. My outpatient provider I meet with monthly has told me many times that it's a nasty overdose.

less specifically, medications like that are more likely to screw up your organs. there's a decent chance you survive, and now your liver could be shot. not sure how important it is to you, but if you survive with messed up organs, then you might not be able to take some psych meds at all. not sure if things would be even worse for you without them.

I rambled a little, but I've been warned a lot about Lithium and toxicity. And none of it includes going to bed and never waking up. I strongly discourage you from using this method with all of these different meds. You'll probably just end up in the hospital, and physically damaged or worse off than before.

A plethora of pills and substances is never a reliable death cock-tail! So many variances in interactions, metabolism, etc. Most pill ODs I've seen have ended up in intensive care and the eventual psychiatric sectioning. Try and do a bit of research on SS on tried and true methodologies with more reliability!

OD on prescription medication is one of the least reliable methods available, unfortunately (otherwise there'd be no users left here ) The most likely scenario is you'll wake up in a hospital with permanent organ damage even if you manage to ingest all of the pills you have. Take @nalando 's advice and take the time to do research. You'll be doing yourself a favor.

Dude... I don't be a dick or anything, but if you were on ASM or /suicide/ you'd probably be eaten alive right now... I kid you not.

Part of using a suicide cocktail is knowing the purpose, effects, and mechanisms of each drug. This? This is a disaster waiting to happen. You can't just take an overdose of a bunch of random pills and call it a day.

Do some research, man.

idk how much codeine is in solpadeine, but is it true that lethal dose of codeine is 1g for adult without tolerance??,?

I'll say that's the only thing that could be feasible as a method on OP's hand. However, he would need to perform a cold water extraction as paracetamol will definitely fuck up the liver.
That said, from a quick google search, there's not enough codeine in 16g of solpadeine.
