So how does SN compare to KCN? Because I've done some research recently, and it seems it's actually surprisingly easy to create KCN basically in your backyard. Is it worth putting a bit of effort into that vs SN?

KCN is a lot more painful from what I have read. The advantages of KCN would be that 1g is lethal in any case (300mg should do the job already). I would say 1-2g will knock you out quickly and if there is no medical help within a few minutes it's over. I think people fear the pain. I personally would consider KCN as a (backup) method in an emergency case.

So SN is probably a better method to go with you would say? It definitely seems easier to acquire, I just worry about the effectiveness, especially as it pertains to vomiting. KCN just seems basically guaranteed. I guess a concern I have with it is that someone else could die from exposure.
Thanks for your reply.

This is my personal opinion. SN is effective but needs a lot of preparation, the process is relatively painless and it's relatively slow, 40 minutes according to the PPeH but I think people have been rescued even after 40 minutes of ingestion. Depending on where u live you also might not get easy access to SN and the suggested meds which are prescription only.

KCN is guaranteed, probably painful until passing out, not much preps needed but the corpse is also highly toxic, warnings about cyanide / HCN are a must.

There are pros and cons like for any method.

Could you dm me your KCM source? I am personally not convinced that KCM is very painful. The guy that took it in the courtroom started convulsing after maybe 1-2 minutes but convulsing doesn't automatically mean pain, as he might have been already unconscious by then. When people are in really bad pain, like kidney stones or giving birth, they make a lot of sound. The guy in the courtroom did not make sounds that would indicate any pain. In the Jonestown recording, all the kids are crying but this does not indicate pain either as they are living a dramatic and traumatic aweful horrible situation whereby all other kids around them are dying, the parents are crying, kids are forcefed to drink the KCN. The adults in the recording don't make any sound that would indicate any significant pain. Plus KCN is very very quick. And these people took it without benzos, without painkiller. What if someone created a protocol that included benzos, painkillers and KCN. Plus KCN doesn't require meto as you need only a tiny amount. No vomiting. The guy that took it in the courtroom was dead by the time they took him to hospital. So I personally have not seen any evidence that it is painful. Convulsions do not mean pain. I have found KCN on the web for sale actually and also NaCN but I don't know what would happen if I buy it.
Would the police be notified? The fact that KCN is so quick, even if they find you, they will not be able to save you, makes it very appealing. The guy that took it in the courtroom took it on camera, with people all around, and they still could not save him. Can you please share your KCN source, feel free to dm me

Yes, you can:
  • Antiemetic
The second most important step of the method after making the SN drink and swallowing it, is for the SN to stay in your stomach. You are drinking a toxic liquid and your body defences will recognise this and may try to cleanse your body. One of the defence systems is vomiting.

Most effective antiemetic are dopamine blocking which are Metoclopramide, Domperidone and Prochlorperazine. Metoclopramide speeds gastric emptying, which limits gastric conversion and nitric oxide production.

Below is a list of antiemtics in their generic name. Some countries may have a brand name for these drugs:
  1. Domperidone
  2. Metoclopramide
  3. Olanzapine
  4. Alizapramide
  5. Chlorpromazine
  6. Prochlorperazine
You only need access to one of the above

Can haloperidol or quetiapine be used as anti emetics? If yes, how much should I use?
