I'm doing partial hanging. I wish I could do a better method tbh, but this is the easiest way.

I screwed it up. Ran out of time.

In previous attempts, I could tighten the ratchet strap until I was sure it would kill me. Partial hanging is a lot more difficult psychologically, apparently. Maybe I just wasn't in the right head-space. Really annoying.

I'm so sorry. I know what a failed attempt feels like and it is awful. Be gentle and kind to yourself for a few days. You deserve that.
