Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

The antidepressants make me sleep more and also sweat more. My mother noticed this and asked me to promise her that I will not take them anymore. I feel horrible cause of this. I thought my mother , being sensitive and empathetic person understood me more.
If they make you feel better, please don't stop taking them because your Mom tells you to.
If you don't like the side effects of that particular brand you're taking, you should work with you Doctor on finding the right meds that work best with you.

Someone can be empathetic, kind and caring, and be completely wrong at the same time. There are plenty of people out there that believe, sincerely, some absolutely stupid or incorrect things. Or they are ignorant, which is not a slight, but simply saying that they do not know what they do not know. A psychiatrist goes through 4 years of undergraduate school, 3 years of med school, years of residency to get to where they are. This is not to say they are infallable, but they generally know what they are doing. Talk to your doctor and tell them the side effects.
Seeing people we love taking antidepressants is hard. Understand her. However its your choice at the end not hers. Analyze wheter it makes you better or not. Based on my experience i agree with her antidepressants are very addictive and ruin tons of life to keep feeding the big pharma. It ruined my life . Still tapering. I wish i had someone telling me not to take it bad then. I wish i could go back and never take those poison. But everyone is different and your decisions are yours solely . Do yoor own research
