Venting It hurts so bad

I used to work as an artist and I was diagnosed with bilateral carpal tunnel 7 months ago due to work exploitation. Got surgery on my right last month. And then it was revealed that I also have de quervain and cubital tunnel on my both hands.

I asked for compensation to my old workplace but they replied with "we're unable to pay you because we're currently struggling financially" -while they constantly going to other countries like japan for vacation, and they just opened a second business. Right.

Meanwhile they made me permanently crippled and can't go find another job. I only have $40 left. Don't even know if I can afford my next month's rent.

I'm so tired, it truly never gets better...

Sorry dude. There is no loyalty from employers. Can you go on unemployment in your county?

Oh my god, I'm so sorry. I'm afraid this is gonna happen to me in the coming years cause I'm already feeling frequent pain in my fingers, wrists, and back. The way I usually get through periods of unemployment is by donating plasma. The center near me is paying $500 right now for donations, but sometimes they pay up to $800. Is this an option for you?

I am so sorry... Employers can do whatever the hell they want without ever feeling guilty... this is truly disgusting. poverty is awful, I experienced real hunger for the first time in my life in last november, and it's something I would never wish upon my worst enemy. I wish I could help you somehow... and I know these words don't mean shit probably
