Help is running away the same as suicide?

i have already tried overdosing myself but i have failed and i am traumatised by it

i am a final year cs engineering student in bengaluru,India and all i have done in the past three years is to rot in my room and waste time watching shit on my mobile

now i am a 100% sure i will not be placed or get a job and continue to be a load on my parents.but this is not the reason for me thoughts of suicide the real reason is i am all alone in this, feeling very lonely with no friends. i am unable to process the things going on with me

i am unable to commit to end myself so is running away from everything after the things my parents have sacrificed to get me here same as suicide

no, people will try to find you. it's incredibly hard these days to just runaway, especially with digital footprint, tracking, atms, phone signals, cctv. plus, there is truth in the saying "wherever you go, there you are"
