Is jumping in the river thames in central London a decent method?

I really don't care if it's not painless at this point. As long as it's quick and to the point.
When would be the best time to try this? Night or day? I suppose during the day it will be crowded. I want to hear your thoughts. And don't tell me there are so many other better methods. Trust me, I have tried for months to obtain SN. It's almost impossible when you don't live alone.

And don't tell me PO box or hotel or whatever suggestions because I have tried and I am tired of people suggesting things to me that will not work out for me.

I am sorry if this is coming across as rude but I am in so much distress right now from my SN getting thrown in the bin.

Please just let me know your thoughts on the river thames method and keep the conversation related to that method.

Not a good idea. SI will kick in and you'll suffer. And even at night you'll attract attention. London is always a busy place

I'm not so sure there are many bridges high enough to die from the fall- so I'm guessing you're thinking hypothermia or drowning? They both sound really distressing to me but I'm such a coward. I think you should maybe look at what the water temperature will be, how long it would take and exactly how you will likely die before you make a decision.

Also- I would agree with @jodes2 - London is busy- you may get people trying to save you if they see you.

i have the same issue with obtaining SN, not giving up on that method yet, but it is proving quite difficult. though i'm not quite sure where to get it in the uk either.

london is always busy so there's a high chance someone will see you and try to save you or call for help, may attract quite a bit of attention if there's a lot of people around so if that's not something you want i wouldn't suggest this method
