Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Exactly what it says. Due to circumstances, I won't be able to be alone for more than that. Half an hour at most. Would that be enough to kill me? I really don't want to be discovered before I'm dead, "saved" and have to live life as a vegetable.
With persistent compression, 4 to 5 minutes max. A proper knot must be used to prevent decompression due to involuntary muscles movements. Which in turn becomes strangulation. If someone has 30 minutes available and the method is executed properly, by the time they're discovered, they'll already have been dead for 15. Any attempts in rescuing will be done in vain.
I don't remember exactly. I have that one and many other screenshots I've collected over the past 18 months during my travels down rabbit holes. They come from a variety of forensic death investigation websites. I have hundreds of them I review and cross reference regularly. Plus a handful of forensic investigative slideshares.
Here's a couple more references for hanging / strangulation for anyone interested.
