I've tried that :( I've tried everything. I've put so much pressure on my neck it's crazy. I've experienced symptoms such as hearing loss, whole body going numb, some convulsions etc but have never even came close to passing out. I survived full once and hung there for 30 seconds without losing consciousness. It was the most painful thing I've ever experienced. I was clawing at my neck and eventually got down by climbing onto a shelf below me and lifting my head out of the rope. I've tried every anchor point: rods in closet, shower heads, door knobs, list goes on and onThis is the partial myth. You need more pressure on the neck to pass out.
With full, you get that pressure unless your feet are touching the floor.
With partial, you need to lean into it and hold it until you do pass out.
Pressure is needed regardless how you are doing it.
