Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

the sweet spot is where the carotid arteries are at the point when you press to practice, and the view becomes different like a tunnel. there must be no pressure in the head otherwise it is not the right place

I take my thumb and forefinger. to U format. Then locate the pulse under my jaw left and right and press firmly. it usually works, but you have to practice a little. with me it goes so far that it gets a little dark and that my arm then starts to tremble. just try
my only question would be on the rope, what or how I can cushion so that I can still get air. the rope is directly under the chin, knot at the back but the air stays too strong. how do you do this?

I have usually used both my thumbs rather than my thumb and forefinger. Might as well experiment with both methods. Haven't gotten my vision to be dark. I have maybe felt like my vision gets a bit weird for a second, but not sure and I have managed to close my eyes without realizing. I also have gotten my arms to tremble, but I think that's just my arm getting exhausted from spending so much energy and not from blocking my blood flow. Also I have no clue how to deal with getting air when the rope is so high. I can easily breath when the rope is low or medium height, but when it's really high, I usually have a hard time breathing.

yes it takes some practice but that sounds right as long as there is no pressure in the head. the rope will slide up when hanging anyway, I probably thought to use a rag or Tempo on the windpipe for less pressure but haven't tested it yet

Is there anyway to avoid the pressure in the head? From my understanding, that pressure comes from blocking the jugular and since the jugular is in front of the carotid, you have to block the jugular if you want to block the carotid. The only way to avoid the head pressure seems to be to block both the carotid and jugular and since blocking the carotid makes you lose consciousness in a few seconds, you'll be out before you can notice the head pressure.

to avoid the pressure you have to block the carotid artery and the artery with sufficient pressure at the same time. then there is no pressure. if you feel pressure you haven't found the right place yet, or the pressure is too little. left and right must be under the same pressure.

as far as I know, the outer artery is the drainage of blood from the head. that is the first to be blocked. therefore if there is not enough pressure you get a big head. the inflow of blood is under the external artery. The goal is to block this so that you don't have a big head. therefore, as far as I know, you have to block both on each side of the neck. if I have described it incorrectly, please correct it
I've seen older posts again. I have a question about my setup. I have a pull-up bar that is not screwed on. you tighten it with a twist thread between the wall. I can cling to it and fidget without any problems. it seems to be firm. At the anchor point I use a double eighth knot and also make several individual knots for safety. on the loop I have a slipknot with 2 curves. the height of the noose is chest height, slightly higher. I plan to numb myself with alcohol and alprazolam because of SI. Then I would put a thin scarf around my neck, 2 times, a loop just under the chin and a packet of Tempo on the front of the windpipe as padding. when i'm ready i just let myself go would that work? I have concerns about the speed that these slip during cramps and often many say you shouldn't drink because of your blood pressure. But otherwise I don't know how to overcome SI ... have to test it soon but wanted to get some advice. thanks

Blood pressure aside, you shouldn't drink because it increases the chance of failure. You want to be sober to make sure you're doing everything correctly. SI shouldn't be that big of an issue if you're doing it right because you'll pass out within 10-15 seconds. Just practice it a few times beforehand to get yourself used to the feeling.
Also, make sure the bar can withstand a bit of thrashing around, since your body may move a lot after you pass out.

how is this problematic with blood pressure? many take it extra because of the strong SI. you could already be in the setup when you are on the last glass or bottle, then you have everything here, right?
Unfortunately, I can no longer test too much. the last time I tried I was drinking and took one tablet too many. I fell over and woke up and my parents were there, so I had to explain the noose ... now it's going to be difficult to do that in my apartment because they want someone to always be there ... I have to come up with something and then pull it off , otherwise I'll see psychiatry coming up, I don't feel like it :)

or a little less. had 3 liters of beer and Jacky Cola. plus tablets. I think a little less helps then well. was my first test with it. didn't know how it worked. came suddenly
i have a real problem my parents don't want to leave me alone in my apartment because they recently found me there because I had drunk too much and fell (unconscious). now they want to forbid me alcohol and only let me into the apartment if someone is there ... I'm 35 ... what a shit ... how am I supposed to do my ctb tests ... ??
i will try tomorrow. maybe i have a chance if it doesn't work, I'll get in touch. I hope it works without complications. my setup is known. I hope I can get rid of my suffering. if it doesn't work, I'll get in touch and report back. Thanks to all
All this does is compress the carotid artery, right? So if you don't have it on that spot, it's completely useless? Or does compressing the carotid artery just make it more comfortable?

If you are doing partial then compressing the carotid artery is the source of death. Can't live if your brain isn't constantly getting blood. It's also pretty comfortable and painless as you just simple loose consciousness in 5-15 seconds.
I cant find a rope..all I can find in supermarkets are thin ropes (clothesline) thats gonna hurt a lot..I am gonna do full suspension...will a bed sheet work? I am 90kg...I am afraid it will tear...but seems pretty strong..
I'm also happy when I can finally do it ... I'm tired of the suffering. Currently there is a family visit this week, so I won't do it and still enjoy the time. But I have to say that I'm looking forward to it somehow. some days I don't feel so positive about doing it. but often it feels good to be free at last. you probably know the feeling. hope that my setup works well and that it works well the second time, not like the first try

Ya but the problem with that is most don't have this option. I would take it if I did.
So something I was wondering is how do you prevent others from thinking you died due to some sexual thing? Like a few years back a few times on the news it was talked about some dying like this and they think it was some sexual thing.

Do you think wall heater like this would do it? https://sanctioned-suicide.net/proxy.php?image=https%3A%2F%2Fimage.shutterstock.com%2Fimage-photo%2Fwhite-metal-heating-radiator-mounted-260nw-1739957282.jpg&hash=d8ca4a453cb428fe00d68ddb2de57553
Also, does anyone here know someone irl who ctb with partial method? If so, what did they attach the rope against?
i do it partial. but on a pull-up bar while standing. I think the heating is not high enough. they would be on the ground. that can work. I would rather recommend a higher position.
I wonder how it feels when you have had a drink and have taken a few lorazepam or alprazolam and just sink into the noose. that occupies me for the days. can you take it? do you defend yourself? how about SI? How does it feel. can you survive it? in the sense of positively dead. one can overcome oneself and so on. I intend to do it. my life is cruel. my setup is in place. just need the opportunity. But these questions are still on my mind. What if, despite alcohol and alprazolam, I defend myself subconsciously? well I hope I can do it .... I'm still interested in your opinion :)
a question for you in general: when is the right time for you to go? what errands do you do beforehand? do you talk to someone about it except here in the forum? I would be interested in how you prepare and get involved with it.

I don't have the specific date. I will do it once my health or mental conditions will worsen to the point that I will not be able to take this anymore. Right now I still try to survive (but I sometimes wonder why). I'm not gonna do anything before ctb. I'm not gonna talk to anyone. I talk about this only on this forum. No one else in would understand it, people in real life may even take this into their own advantage.
My general plan is to have this all so well prepared that it will be an ace up my sleeve. Meaning, I will be able to ctb anytime I want. I can still push it and try to live life, but if sometimes goes wrong, I have to have a proper and quick method just ready to be used.
