How much nitrogen is enough

I'm having a hard time finding how much nitrogen is enough. Like I'm finding things like

But idk if this is enough. I'm getting my parts together since I feel my time is getting near. And I want to do this method since it seems to be the only peaceful method.

4L at 200 bar is more than enough, 600L of uncompressed gas is the exact amount.

I didn't see anywhere on it where it says how many liters it can hold

The 40 cu ft refers to the capacity of the cylinder which is 1132 liters uncompressed. A little strange that they don't write the inner volume but hey doesn't matter as long as we know it's enough.

But for interest they refer that the filling pressure is 2524 psi which is 174 bar. The output volume under normal circumstances is 1132 liters. That would equal 6.5 liters of inner volume. Not an exact number but the closest I can give you.
