• Hey Guest,

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

last time i attempted to fast i felt really dizzy and weak trying to walk to my ctb location in the woods because i didn't drink water for the entire day (6 am to 10 pm). i had to walk back home because i felt like dry heaving because of dehydration. for an 8 hour fast, how many hours should i go without drinking water if i'm going to use otc antiemetics? thank you.

i think you only need to water fast for 2 hours
that's what i read in other threads and protocols
just avoid any liquids during that time and you should be fine

don't really think otc antiemetics should affect that but i'm not an expert so i'm not completely sure
anyways good luck

2-4 hours should be fine since it takes that long for you stomach to empty normally.

It's crazy that I found out just today that opioids / prescription painkillers have a good chance of ruining an attempt... So, beware folks!

If you are on opioids /prescription painkillers, then remember that you'll need to be off of them completely for *at least* 4-5 days before doing the SN protocol.
