SN should be arriving for me in a matter of a few days, but I wanted to do a review on whether my protocol will work and whether I have it right:
I'll fast from 7 - 8 during nighttime within my country, I'll probably eat two meals during the entire day, noodles in the morning and a burger or a pizza as my last meal. I'll fast from 7 till 3 am nighttime. I don't know if around eight hours of fasting is enough for it to work.
I'll take my antiemetic, and after about forty minutes, I believe I'll dissolve the packet of SN by putting around 7 tablespoons within a water bottle of around 1l. I'll then drink it, and lie down and hope for the best. I'm unsure about the final part and would really appreciate it if anyone could review it or suggest a more optimal route. I am also pretty uncertain about whether sitting or standing would be the optimal position and whether earphones would help during the entire process. I also walk for around 1km daily so I don't know it'll factor in within the process.
