i'll maybe go back and edit this if it changes but here is my SN protocol for when the time comes
fast 12-24 hours (depending on if i need to eat or not..)
water fast 2 hours prior
40mg bromazolam (sedative)
500mg quetiapine (dopamine blocker)
OTC antiemetic
fast acting antiacid/tagamet

i am either going to dry swallow the pre-SN medication, or crush them up and dissolve them beneath my tongue, and maybe keep a lolly pop for the bitterness. if anyone has any pre-SN friendly ways to administer a lot of meds, let me know! i already got some great advice but im always open to more.

25g of SN (per cup) in as small of cups as i can, and then i will make 2-3 cups, im trying not to go over 50ml per cup.

i wonder, whats the best way to administer the pre-SN medicine without filling the belly too much and ruining the absorption speed? does anyone know about this aspect of the protocol, no one seems to mention that youre supposed to have a totally empty stomach, but also take all these meds before? even crushing in water, will still fill my belly!
You can try taking the meds without water to not make it fill your stomach. Can you tell me what forms and how much is all of your pre-SN meds?

i dont think any of the medication will have a chemical reaction with SN, but sources state that the emptier that the stomach is, the quicker and more potent the absorption of the SN is. so im just trying to keep my stomach as empty as possible.

when it comes to how much, do you mean quantity, or cost to obtain?

No I mean you can take your meds without water to reduce your water intake so that when you drank the SN it can be better absorbed due to the emptiness of your stomach.

What I mean how much is how much tablet each of the pre-SN meds you'll take later. For example, I assume your quetiapine is in 100mg/tablet, so 500 mg of it means that you'll take 5 tablets of quetiapine 100 mg.
I need the information on your bromazolam, OTC antiemetic, and tagamet/antacid so that I can guess if you can take them without water or not

ahh, so sorry for misunderstanding!!

my quetiapine comes in 50mg tablets, so i will need 10 for my dose. i will also be using 10 pills of 4mg bromazolam. the OTC will probably be average doses to avoid adverse affects or fucking up the process. overall i'm assuming i'll have to ingest 30ish individual tablets of medicine before the SN.

the quetiapine can be crushed, not sure about the bromaz but im sure with enough force i could crush those too. maybe i could do the same sorta thing as the SN. powder them all and put in as little water as possible. sorry, im thinking this all out as typing...

Have you ever tried taking your meds without water? For me I usually take my meds and force my throat to swallow them. It's hard at first, but overtime I think I'm kinda trained at taking meds without water. I'd suggest to not crush anything so that the bitterness of the meds did not pass that much to your tongue, forcing you to drink water afterwards.

Again, the aim is to reduce your water intakes so that only the SN is dissolved with water.

i'll have to start administering my daily meds with no water til ctb date then, to get used to the sensation. i've had to at times with small pills, but the thought of dry swallowing so many capsules... but it's the only way. thank you for your insight!!
