Help Going to the Hospital

For severe chest pains and vomiting that lasted about 3 days now. I don't really want to go because this randomly occurs at least once year for the past 6 or so years and the couple times I went they said they didn't know what was going on and gave me painkillers and sent me home. My roommate won't let me say no though. Anyway, do you think they'll be able to tell I've been practicing partial suspension? I'm terrified.

No bruising or lines, just paranoid they might so damage internally. Going through initial xrays and what not. So far clear.

Well, of course the tests come back negative and they have no idea why I get these chest pains that feel like a heart attack/ my heart swelling. They are also confused by only a hot bath or shower soothes it. I guess that's what I get for going to the ER and not a primary? Idk, seems like I'll have to live with this until I die. It's honestly even more reason to CTB, the pain is horrendous. Also, I was just paranoid about my partial hanging practicing lol they couldn't tell.

I eat whatever Blue Apron sends me lol I vape, smoke marijuana and very occasionally drink but that ends now because last Friday I drank at the Casino but no where near puking. Usually this would occur after getting sick and puking.

I had pain in my chest, several years ago. Also like I was afraid of having a heart attack. And it was stress, anxiety. I've got a relaxing pill and it went away. I couldn't believe such stupid thing happened to me. How could I have a great pain in my chest, only for stress that I didn't feel.
Yours could be another thing. I just wanted to share what happened to me. Just in case.

I haven't. Any suggestions? The more I look into it, the more I think @Kyrok is right. The only thing that was throwing me off is all my pain is around my heart, like it's swelling. But that could just be me in denial about marijuana doing damage. I guess it's true, even too much of a good thing can start to destroy ya.

Downregulation is inevitable with heavy use, but it isn't really damage. Our bodies seek homeostasis. A key test is the capsicum as it is a TRPV1 agonist. Other possibilities include GERD, ulcer, hiatal hernea. If lying down makes it worse, then perhaps GERD. You could try a course of Tagamet or Prilosec to see if that helps. But the hot shower points to CHS.

I asked my roommate to see about getting some on his way home from work. Should be here in about 45minutes. Thanks so much for the help. Far more helpful than my various trips to the hospital throughout the years. Granted, it was the ER so their main concern is making sure I don't die, but still they were more or less clueless.

Hi there, I know this was a while ago I wasn't on this site then but did you get any answers to your chest pain? How are you now? Sorry if these are personal questions I have to go to hospital too for similar pains in chest and stomach. Hope you are feeling better.

Hey, no worries, it's all anonymous so nothing too personal :) so, each time I go for this, they tell me to go to a clinic for more specific testing as they don't have answers. I suppose the ER is just there to get you back to normal and send ya away or if it's serious enough, admit you to the hospital. I really should go get it checked out but I don't have insurance :( I feel normal again (as far as physically anyway). The pains are so weird because I thought it was related to puking too violently but the last time it happened, I drank alcohol but nowhere near puking or even really all that drunk :/ one day I'll grow up and get it checked out haha
