The reason so many people join SS is precisely because 'help' has failed them.
If 'help' means speaking to someone on the phone once a month and a few meds to mask the symptoms but not treat the cause, then it's just an empty word.

It was just an attempt to intimidate me. We live in different countries and I did not do anything illegal. I never encouraged him to die, if anything, I did my best to try to persuade him to live. But he just used me and discarded me.
