Story fasting before going

you know, I have been thinking. I should fast at least a day before CTB. With my method, someone will eventually find my body. If it's not a bear or other scavengers that finds me first, the guy who'll find me will without a doubt be scared and traumitized. I thought that me losing control of my body would mean me shitting my pants and pissing myself. I can at least be considerate enough to lessen that by fasting and at least make it easier on the coroners. I don't know, this was something that came to mind

It's true, no matter the method... after dying the muscles and sphincters relax, so it will happen to everyone..

I was thinking that in addition to fasting it would be good to cleanse ourselves as much as possible from the inside, perhaps take some laxative so that as little as possible remains inside.

And using a pad the day we do it (ctb).

I was looking for alternatives to using a diaper... and I found that incontinence pads or postpartum pads are perhaps a good option.

It's a topic that interests me quite a bit.

I understand your concern about that, I want to look as "presentable/clean" as possible too.

Um i would like to eat my favorite meal before i go.It's not really a big deal.I've thought about this as well but one last shawarma or butter chicken is a must.i mean it's the last and final meal right.
