The OP gave some details which I bet was missed. Such as their existing blood disorder. Not sure why you would want to drink a solution with DMSO rather than water. It probably contributed to the burning in the throat he had.

I see your point. I'm mostly worried about meto/potential side effects. But I guess I should try it first

even with his blood disorder a higher amount of SN would be fine to solve that. the throat thing is minimal but if necessary rectal ingestion might be best. dmso will make it absorb quicker and eliminates the need for meto and acidic released. all you need is dsmo and sn. no extra stuff.

In principle I agree. There is even an autopsy report about a person who died from SN poisoning solely through skin ingestion via a tainted muscle rub lotion. Which DMSO is perfect for. But drinking DMSO! Can't see it being better than plain water.

I believe the basis of his experiment was to see if CTB is possible using DMSO as a primary delivery system of the SN correct? If so, and a toxicity level can be determined with this method, wouldn't this be potentially not only easier for a few reasons, but also cheaper than the currently accepted routine with SN? I mean if an amount can be determined to be able to supply topically only with the DMSO, that would make things much easier for those wanting to CTB with SN. No regiment, no buying all the other stuff, no vomiting.

I plan to go with N, but, if I was going to use SN, the potential with DMSO would be VERY attractive in my opinion. I wonder if there are any other cases of the two being used together. This is very much worth some research.

Totally agree. Would be extremely difficult to do the research though sadly.

If I recall correctly, @Xerxes tried to actually ctb using this method, and failed. He finally ctb'd using Partial Suspension, so I wouldn't put a whole lot of faith in this experiment.

DSMO is for dermal applications, and the medical articles I looked at a while ago indicated that it doesn't add anything to an oral ingestion scenario. It would be interesting to know whether rubbing an SN+DSMO solution into the skin could lead to a quick death. Maybe I'll try it one day. Later.

I didn't like this test because:
1) He was anemic.
2) He ingested it in multiple ways, so it's hard to tell which method caused him to pass out.

I do like that he gives an account on what passing out on SN feels like, and it doesn't seem too bad. Just drunk like intoxication then passing out.

And also, I just thought about taking Tylenol 30min-1hr before, to reduce the headache. Would that be possible?

Other option to probably make it even less painless, snorting Ketamine. 30-50mg, and after 30 min, another 30-50mg. The body will be anesthesiate for around 45min-1hr. I took Ketamine for a while. I barely feel any pain when I'm on it. Always need to be with someone in case I hurt myself. Just don't know if that would help against internal pain. But that's what they use in vetenary clinics prior animal operations, hell, even on horses. And sometimes in hospitals.

My girlfriend is controlling my doses. I don't have the K. Sadly.

Ketamine is an anesthetic drug. I would love to get ketamine so I can ctb pailessly. I guess you can get ketamine on the dark web? Would ketamine reduce the horrible pain of drowning or hanging? the only thing i fear is horrible pain. If u get ketamine then ctb no problem.
