idk i feel like every person i know is going through life, whether they're struggling or not. no matter how much i cry for help nobody cares because they're busy with their own shit!!! so why bother even asking. friends will say they are there for you then not check up on you for weeks. your partner will say he'll never leave despite all your struggles yet where is he now?? i feel so replaceable and im actually losing it no one actually fucking cares and they all lie. do i have to kms for them to look at me?

You don't have to ctb for them to look at you. This is unfortunately just how people can be. It doesn't mean they don't care for and love you.
