Method Drowning in the sea. Bound limbs

I rarely see this method discussed on the forum. What do you think of this CTB technique?

1. For this, you'll need access to the sea, a large lake, or any large body of water where there are no people.
I have a spot by the sea where there are no lifeguards, and at night there are almost no people.

2. An inflatable mattress or boat so you can float out to deep water without any problems, and then get rid of the object to drown. Swim as far out as possible where you won't be seen or heard and won't be able to call for help.

3. Bring two pairs of handcuffs. Once you're at the right spot and have swum as far out as possible, the next step is to cuff your left hand to your left leg, and then your right leg to your right hand. In this position, you'll definitely be unable to stay afloat and will drown sooner or later.

4. Open the valve and let the air out of the air mattress or boat.

5. After a while, you'll sink to the bottom.

Of course, I haven't described the method in enough detail—I'm curious what you think of this approach; does it work? In my opinion, it's all pretty simple and reliable if you do everything right...

And it's a little scary to sink to the bottom, at night, deep down... Although death is rarely imminent

There are surely better ways to go out this is just straight up torture
