  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

How do I guarantee a closed casket funeral without barbarism? It's very important to me and I wouldn't really trust my family to respect my will

The only option I can imagine is making your own funeral arrangements, which unfortunately mean paying in advance. I did that, and was able to specify how I want things to go. I did it for my family so that all they will have to do is call the funeral people and they'll come, pick up my body, and handle everything. BUT... I guess my family could just decide not to call and to do everything their own way. That's the both weird and wonderful thing about being dead, for me. No longer a player in this world.

you can leave a letter threatening them that you'll haunt them if they don't respect your wishes.

Some kind of advanced directive with funeral home. They will close the casket before release. Unless burial is held you could opt for a simple cremation

No good way to disfigure myself? Especially post-mortem, stupid as it sounds

It's very hard! When you die you have no rights, you can only hope that your wishes are respected.
