How to go about my body being found

I want to ctb some time this year, Im planning to go deep in the forest and take sn. Im sure my family will report me missing since i live with them but i really want to avoid causing a scene as much as i can. Is it a good idea to call the police and tell them my location? I dont want to be found by a random person, but Im scared that if i call someone they'll find me too quickly and ill survive. Also i really want to be cremated, is leaving a note enough to guarantee i wont be buried? If not, how do i go about it?

Well, my plan was always to use Google voice And their scheduled email Texting function. I use a Google Voice number which is free When you get reply text from someone, it sends an alert to your Gmail account. Associated with the same Google account. You can reply to people through the email. And it will send them a text, but there's also the option to schedule a reply email and you can set it for whenever you want. I've tested scheduling a 24 hour email before and it works. You also have the ability to cancel the Schedule email before it ends up going out at the designed time If you end up changing your mind. You can text someone to perform a Wellness check on you. That's what I've always planned to do, as the idea of my body rotting wasn't too appealing. I live alone and it could be a long time before I was ever found.

I thought about scheduling an email but i dont want to put this on one of my friends, i suppose there isnt a way to schedule a text or something to police?
